Buffalo Wild Wings

BWW is a go to place to watch a game. They have NFL ticket and accommodate fans for all teams. Pam was our server and she was so upbeat and on point, even though she was BUSY! Food is good. Pricing very fair. My only issue is the smell in the restroom. It's bad. I think they have a sewage issue that needs to be addressed. It can't be good for employees or patrons.

The service has gone so far downhill we can't go to this BWW anymore. They added robots which are a disaster. Getting in the way of customers and servers, delivering things out of order to tables, it's truly awful right now.

Went there to eat lunch not many people were there by 11am so for the service to take 20 mins just for me to finally place a food order is wild. After that I realized my food was cold and now many hours after being back home I'm feeling sick from eating the food. I'm pretty sure they don't know what they are doing there when it comes to service and how to properly cook the food. You've been warned!!!

Smells like sewage! I adore BWW and have tried to eat at this location 3 times now over the course of a year. The outside sidewalk and inside both smell like a bathroom! I thought it was a fluke the first time, but couldn't eat there today and just turned around because of the smell! Why does it smell like sewage and also how is it still open with this persistent problem?!

We got here and waited for 20 minute, then they brought us the food and it was completely dry, fries were cold, then I proceeded to tell my waitress about it and she tried to downplay the situation and tried to make it seem normal like she couldn't do nothing about it pure amateur hour at this location! Probably goofing around in the back mind you there's 3 tables in the whole restaurant

Ordered a pickup order and when I showed up 10 minutes after the pickup time I had to wait an additional 20 mins for it to be ready. This I would normally overlook; however when I looked at what I received I was not satisfied. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would've went to McDonald's. Won't be back.

I went here with my girlfriend and brother this past weekend and all of us are still in the trenches of our bathrooms because of this place. Every time I eat here, and only at THIS location does this happen, I am always sick to my stomach afterwards. Not to mention the horrendous service. Not only did it take our server nearly 30 minutes to have our order sent in, he ended up making us write down our orders on a napkin.

i had to wait 30 minutes when i got the and i had or in the app before i arrived and it was my first meal of the day i was starving and the customer service is terrible no one should ever come here at all just be aware

Good food but the service is absolutely terrible and they don't seem to care. For some reason we keep going in here and it never changes. Even with robots helping to deliver the food the servers just disappear for long periods of time and it is so frustrating.I know that service has gone downhill at most places and not expecting anything amazing but this place has to be the worst.

i ordered this as a delivery TWICE tonight and the first time they forgot half my order and then the second time they made my wings bone in when i asked for boneless. i'm extremely dissatisfied don't fw me when im hungry buffalo wild wings.
