Bubbles Liquor World

Have to give top marks to the associate as she offered and then made it happen. What did she offer? To have another associate find the Lagunitas IPA on the delivery truck which had pulled in. The shelves were bare of them and I had driven specifically there to purchase some. I was hesitant to ask her to do that as it was snowing and cold. And amongst so many different brands it's difficult to find one. But the associate I had asked went ahead. And by a miracle, a case was found. I was happy not to have to drive there again the next day. Store clean and bright. Plenty of parking in private parking lot.

We stopped by to grab some beer for the cooler on our way to Red Rocks. The store is pretty big. They have a huge selection of wine, liquor, and beer. Our only interaction with anyone was during checkout and it was fine. Nothing special or terrible. Just the average. I was a bit disappointed in the craft beer selection and the make your own six-pack options. Because I'm from KC, I like to try whatever beer is local and even take some home. I was surprised that they just didn't have that great of a selection of local beer. Especially considering how many products they have and how large the store is. Overall, it was fine and worked out ok for our purposes. If I lived in the area or on my next trip, I'll probably look elsewhere for more craft beer options. But for anything else, I'm sure they have it.

Huge selection, especially for beer, wine, and whiskey. This is definitely the cheapest place in the Castle Rick area too. The staff are helpful on finding what you want and the store has a great rewards program.

i'm not a huge drinker but for some good drinks i know we're to go now !! my husband and my mother in law in i went to check it out and it is amazing staff is super friendly also PET FRIENDLY!! the atmosphere is just so cool i love it there hopefully i'll be going back again !! lol

Surprisingly, not a great selection for lots of things - despite its size. Also, massively overpriced - again, considering its size. You would expect a store this big to have more and be priced better. Even cheaper brands are inflated by at least 20%.Service is pretty below average, and no one talks to you. A lot of the place looks like it's under construction, and does not feel inviting at all.

Bubbles is my go-to spot in Castle Rock for great craft beer (Colorado breweries or breweries from the PNW) as well as outstanding bourbons! I blame this store for feedback my semi-addiction to buying expensive bottles of whiskey over the past 3 years!!! (all in jest... not Bubble's fault they have to offer what I am seeking).The staff at this location is always so friendly and willing to discuss difference bourbon flavor notes and/or their personal experience with bottles of bourbon I am considering. I cannot recommend how great the staff have treated me at this location in the 6+ years I've lived in Castle Rock.The store is tucked into an area just off Founders and can be seen as you exit I25 (if heading southbound). There is a large parking lot, plenty of space in the store, and lots of wine and other liquor to choose from (just not my forte, so I cannot speak to that aspect of Bubbles).Back to bourbon... this store receives a decent allotment of allocated bottles and I have gotten lucky quite a few times over the years when I happen to wander in and see a bottle I've been searching for (think Blanton's, Bookers, ECBP, Larceny, etc.). I do like that you can only buy a single allocated bottle per visit, as I am a firm believer in letting others partake in the bourbon hunt.For my fellow veterans, this location also offers a discount for non-allocated purchases. You must have a military or veteran designated ID and be added to their system. This is such a great offering that I have not been offered at other liquor stores in the local area.My review says it all but to sum up... try this store, be friendly to the staff, and keep buying those bottles of bourbon (so the shelves keep getting stocked with new offerings!).

After having been what I consider to be a relatively high volume customer at Bubbles Liquor in Castle Rock since 2018, I was very surprised and disappointed with my wife and my conversation with its manager today, and with our treatment following.We were complaining that the shelves for many of the liquor items we have been purchasing there for years seemed to always be empty whenever we come in now, and the manger said, in essence, that because the Colorado voters decided they wanted to purchase wine in grocery stores, his volume has dropped so much that he is not ordering those items regularly new, but that he would be happy to special order them for us. When our response was that, in that case, we would simply go elsewhere, where they are still stocking the items we purchase, he angrily shrugged his shoulders and walked away.Then when we were checking out, the cashier did not ask for our phone number, as is usual, and when I inquired why, she said she saw no need to do so if we were not coming back. So if, because of prior purchases, we would have been entitled to a discount, we were not given that opportunity.So, sad as I am to say, we will not be returning to Bubbles liquor. And while the manager and his employees may wish to blame Colorado voters for what will likely, ultimately, be their demise, it is clear to me that their punitive attitude to their customers will also play a big part.So disappointing!Doug and Kim Anderson Castle Rock, CO

Really nice and clean liquor store. Has a great selection. Staff is always nice. You can always find what you're looking for.

If I could give a negative five stars here, I would. Let me lay down some background here for you. I've lived in the Castle Rock area for many many years and ten plus years ago before the mad rush of everybody and their brother moving to Colorado, Bubbles Liquors was great, I knew the employees and the employees knew me. I used to be able to order certain higher end labels that Bubbles usually did not carry and my orders were filled........Great customer service, back then.......Now let me tell you what the last six months have been like........ I called Bubbles Liquors to inquire if they had a certain bourbon in stock, the employee I spoke to sounded like I was annoying her and when I asked if they had the bourbon that I was wanting in stock she replied, "Well, you will have to come in and see, I'm NOT allowed to give that information to you over the phone" and then she hung up on me. (That was strike one!) A couple weeks later, I went into Bubbles Liquor, thinking ok everybody has a bad day, you can't judge a store by some twit they hired off the street with absolutely no customer service skills. I walked over to the counter to the southeast portion of the store to where they keep their more expensive liquors and I proceeded to look on their shelves for the bourbon that I wanted. A manager from the back office looked out and asked if I needed help. I told him that I was looking for a specific bourbon and I said the name of that bourbon. He then said to me, "Well, you don't see it up there do you!."I hope to God that the Owner(s) of Bubbles Liquor World are reading this review........with that comment by that manager, I exited the store and have not gone back since! I have told at least twenty plus people of where NOT to go for liquor. I HIGHLY recommend going to Total Wine in Centennial, their employees are knowledgeable and definitely more friendly. Bubbles Liquor World, I will never set foot back in your store!
