Greg has no clue how to work in customer service. He laughed in my face and did a little happy dance when I was upset that half my bottle of champagne exploding. He said it's normal to lose half of what you paid for. Not returning to that store!

Checked this place out during the holidays. The inside is huge and has a wide selection of spirits, beers, craft beers and cigars.One of my favorite wines is really hard to find. So when I saw that they carried it I was stoked. It was during the holidays so they carried a few gift boxes sets. And found a gift box set with a tiki for my brother. As he one of those really hard people to shop for on holidays. One of the customers was checking out the cigar selections. And I didn't get a good view of what they do have. Next time I have to check it out and get recommendations. The smell of cigars remind me of an ex so I don't mind that at all. The customer service was okay. The lady that rang me up checked the price of the gift box for me since there weren't any clear signs. No one asked me about reward program but I signed up for it just now. They also have a Yelp check in deal

I felt like the staff was pretty unhelpful and slightly rude. They didn't really help me when I asked for recommendations and they never offered for me to sign up for the rewards, I felt rushed out of the store as well

Hey if you're looking for some beer or booze in Parker this place has what you need. Lots of wine to choose from, and now they have a kickass beer bomber walk in cooler, and then there's lots of cold beer as well. The prices here are on par with the cheapest in town so it's been my go-to when I'm down in south Parker running errands. Friendly staff, plenty of parking and it's right next to the super Target and Junz - what more could you want?

Good store for liquor but your customer service is very poor. I was very disappointed with my experience in the store this afternoon when one of the female cashiers with black hair was completely, and unnecessarily rude to me at check out. She had a major nasty attitude and was talking badly about me (as other customers were around). As my boyfriend was checking out, she then threatened to refuse service to him because I didn't like her attitude and I told her she didn't need to be disrespectful and rude to me as she continued to try and argue with me. I get everyone has bad days, but this was completely unacceptable amd I will not return.

Love this store. Friendly and helpful staff who have been great with recommendations and getting items in that we have requested. Great craft beer selection and they always have stock.

Bruin is our typical liquor store in the Parker area and feels considerably less 'sketchy' than some of the other ones around. They have a fairly good selection of both liquors and beers, and will also let you build your own 6-pack which is great for trying new things. The staff has been helpful (but not pushy) the couples times we've asked for recommendations and seem fairly knowledgeable about what they offer.

This place isn't following Colorado Law on plastic and paper bag fee. They only should charge customers this fee if they have 3 or more locations in Colorado. They only have one. Some 20 something in the store telling me the law and he doesn't know it. Or he does but wants to rip off customers since the store keeps 60 percent of the fee. Rip off place!!
