Purchased take home Brisket, Pull Pork and Smoke Turkey for family dinner. All Meats were lean and VERY good with great smoke flavor. 2# of BBQ was $40!

Ribs were small and dried out. Table was sticky. Sauces were underwhelming. I tried them all, Hickory was best. The others I was with liked their brisket and sides and the interior was roomy. Definitely a place you could take a large group. Teen employees seemed happy and the service was good.

When I'm in town around lunchtime, this is the place I seek. Really perfect brisket. Smoky, juicy, and tender. The bun is grilled, not toasted, just a little to complement the meat's smokiness. Look at that potato salad! You can see a small amount of skin indicating that they use the better and more expensive red potato. Flecks of cracked black pepper in it! Not too much mayo. All for a totally reasonable price. No wonder I keep coming back.

New to the area and this place surprised us for a great quick take out dinner! For a walk in and order it was fast, friendly and the food was delicious! We ended up order it again a week later for a bigger family dinner!

Great food, but make sure you tip in cash because the owners keep the debit/credit card tips and don't distribute out to the actual employees working their asses off!

Can't anyone do BBQ in Colorado Springs. These folks sure can't! Soaking wet pork from a heating table with no beer available to wash it down...and that was the best part of our dinner.Buying my own smoker this week...done with commercial failed attempts to BBQ.

There is no standard for good bbq in Southern Colorado. I don't know why I still try these places. This place is clean and covered in store bought country clichés. Tall booths on the sides of the place create a nice semi private dinning experience. Though the whole time we were eating the person who took our order was listening in on our dinning experience, there was no one else to take an order from. I tried the pulled pork one of their two top sellers. It wasn't horrible. I actually preferred their mustard bbq sauce, not my norm go to sauce. The chicken my wife had was a disgusting color. Part of the breast meat tasted a bit under cooked. Neither of our orders were what I would expect temperature wise (a little on the cold side).The pulled pork was double the price I'd expect per pound. My side of beans was not worth ordering. Wife's coleslaw had jalapeños in it. WTF?

We used their services for my daughter's graduation celebration. The food was really great! Everything was ready when we went to pick it up. They provided more than enough eating utensils (plates, forks, spoons, knives, napkins) and sauces and delicious dinner rolls. I would recommend them to others. The cost was also reasonable.

We were very disappointed with this restaurant . The overall quantity is very small based on the price that you pay and it didn't taste that great. We ordered Ribs and Brisket. We received 1 piece of rib and a very small quantity of Brisket. Very disappointed with our visit.
