I really want to give Bowlero 2 stars, but Al, the Pro Shop associate, did a wonderful job assisting us with getting our new Heckler Bowling ball situated. Other than this great experience the rest was quite dismal. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes and no one helped us. We then rented a lane, which we seemed quite pricey. The interior is cute, but it is a bit crowded in the seating area. We ordered using the QC code; ice tea, beer, water, loaded French fries and hot dogs. My tea came right away, but 20 minutes later I had to go looking for the rest of the order. I walked up to the snack area, and this is where the service got bad. Three employees, including the manager sat there just chitchatting away and straight up ignored me. I had to wave my hand and say Hello? Twice before they stopped. Without even asking directly about my order, the manager said oh, we didn't realize you ordered a beer, because the ticket prints in the bar and I don't have a bartender. Hmmm, I didn't tell you why was there. While I waited for my beer the food was served. The "loaded" fried didn't have bacon on it and very little cheese. The hot dogs were "ok".Bowlero needs to step back a little. Remember bowling is a fun and simple evening. People are happy with good ol fashioned snack food (grilled cheese sandwiches, hot fries, chicken tenders, etc). Refrain from "upscale"snacks. We also really like personable customer service and a staffed bar. Also appreciate your Pro Shop associates. They are hard to come by and really add a huge benefit to the bowling community. We will try again. Hopefully the CS will be better and they will bring back traditional bowling alley food.

My family and I found ourselves frequenting this alley at least once a week. Sometimes even up to three times a week. Haha. My husband enjoys the leagues they host here and my children just love their arcade, snacks, and bowling in of itself. If you stop by this location, Dylan, Aaliyah, Xander, and/or Sarah are your go-to for any of your bowling needs. The lanes are clean and there's ample seating near the lanes or behind them too. Also, if you're a league member, you get discounts on food and games. And, there's currently the summer league pass to consider if you're newer to bowling, want to get more serious, or just want to have fun!

Niel is a very knowledgeable and helpful employee. A nice bowling alley -a little pricey I thought. A small arcade also, had a nice draft beer also.

Great renovation. They just refinished the parking lot also. Inside it's been updated big screen TV above every two Lanes an arcade, snack bar and full service bar. The bar is not open yet as they're doing some final touches on that end in the bar. They should have upgraded the bathrooms. No Pro Shop. They do have League and open bowling. You can do reservations online also.

Though the manager Sharon is great, the staff is not trained to clean. The tables, seats, bar tops and table tops, yes. Just not the lane approaches or the pit where bowlers sit. The floors have spilled drinks that are allowed to dry and food remenants. I don't think they have mopped or swept since the renovation. There's no longer a pro shop. Food is over priced and the lanes constantly break down. These lanes will be reported to the USBC. Maybe certification will be revoked for leagues and any tournaments.
