Since trying BBB for the first time we have returned 3 additional times because it is so good!For an establishment that presents as a more of a bar & grill than a scratch kitchen the food here is amazingly good. It is clear that the food is prepared from scratch in their kitchen and not the typical reheated bar food you get at a lot of pubs. The menu is not big, but boasts a ton of options for its limited size. BBQ, Burgers, Seafood, Chicken, you can have it all here despite the entire menu fitting on one page. Our service on all of our visits has been outstanding as well. This place is going to remain on my list of go to places to eat!

They were busy and seemed short staffed. There is an outdoor seating area and all of the tables were waiting to be cleared. It has Sports bar type feel with various March Madness games on. Our server was very friendly. I ordered a margarita and it had a good flavor. We ordered the buffalo shrimp appetizer and were surprised when the shrimp still had tails on them and you could not tell because the whole shrimp was battered Including the tail. That was cumbersome to try and remove the tails or eat around them. They had a good flavor but would probably not order them again with the tail on situation. The mushroom kingdom burger was good.. the fries were not cooked enough and still had a raw potato texture inside. I would give them another try considering they seemed short staffed and were still friendly.

When they first opened the champagne Onion rings were very crispy and delicious. I don't know what change but now they're cakey and dull. Bummer.

We came here for dinner in the middle of the week (this place took over the space of where the Irish pub use to be). They weren't too busy when we walked in (around 6:30pm) and were able to sit right away (we selected to sit inside however, the patio looked like there were good vibes). They have an easy menu with a handful of beers on tap, starters and burger choices. The wait staff seemed young/green but, super kind and welcoming. We ordered a few beers, burgers and a side of fries to share. Food was fare, prices ok and kind service.

Looking for a new hang out in Parker? Bourbon, Brews & Burgers is the Place. They have a good selection of Bourbon's & Whiskey's, beers on tap, Signature Cocktails & a full Bar. They offer Beef, Bison or Chicken on all Burger options. The onion rings are made fresh to order & the Fries come in a basket big enough to share. We arrived about 5 minutes after noon. There was a sign that said "Please Wait To Be Seated", but apparently that was not the case.We had one waitress bring us water within a minute of sitting down. About 10 minutes later, another waitress took our order. We ordered the shareable onion rings, asking they be brought with lunch. They were brought to put table about 20 minutes later. Then we finally got our soft drinks. The Mr. Pibb looked watered down, and really had no taste. The onion rings were actually delicious. So I was looking forward to the meal. We ordered the bison burger (I was surprised when she asked if I wanted it pink or gray (I said pink, medium rare)), the brisket and sausage. About 5 minutes to 1pm, another waitress brought our order. Then our waitress stopped by a couple of minutes later wondering how we got our meal and if it was correct (no, the A1 Steak Sauce was not brought).The bison burger was overcooked, tough making it difficult to eat. The fries and sweet potato waffle fries were fantastic. The sausage was pretty good. It was unfortunate - waiting 50 minutes for an overcooked burger. The restaurant was not that busy - maybe six tables, some had 5 people, others 2. The restaurant / bar itself was comfortable. The doors were open, allowing for fresh air and a few flies.

Cute neighborhood bar and restaurant that has a roll up door that opens up to a patio. There are TVs nicely placed for your entertainment. I really enjoyed my Aperol Spritz. Their beer menu is on the small side. Lots of bourbons to choose from. Their menu has a nice array of food options. I chose the Signature 303. It was a tasty burger. Perhaps a little dry, but still good. Their French Fries taste fresh. I also tried their Wedge Salad, and really enjoyed that. The service was friendly, but slow. We waited a good 15 minutes for the check out process, which was a little irritating. I think if we are in the area, we will give it a try again.

Didn't get any photos of the food as we all ate it so fast. The beef burger was delicious! Went at lunch so we didn't try the bourbon. The entire place is nice, has a cute little patio even for a strip mall. The server was very nice and attentive.
