Very Special place! A small outdoor corner mall-ish with lots of other eateries, yet Boulder Pho had a particular inviting ambiance; brightly lit, full walled glass entrance - it beckons - I walked in for some take out.Lovely place, service was prompt and unassuming -"take your time!" "You have a massive menu, another smile met my eyes, "take your time!"Glancing around the restaurant was a delight, one I will revisit.Taking my Pho to my car in amazement how much food I was carrying for one order!Did not expect the extra meat, and my Service dog enjoy every morsel of the unexpected. Then the BROTH!! WOW.. full body, delicious and soothing. Tossing the mung bean sprouts into the broth, some herbs from the huge bowl of veggies galore, this was three meals, plus the extra meat which was unexpected; my dog was in heaven. There are many places to eat on this corner lot, very inviting, yet it was the Boulder Pho and its lighting, clear glass and amenable presentation beckoned; we will revisit and highly recommend anyone taking a short walk inside with delight!

Good Pho, but we paid extra for the Kobe beef and it wasn't more tender than the regular beef. The pho broth was decent. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper and I let the woman at the register know and it was not replaced. The Vietnamese egg rolls were good, but they served them with a sweet sauce rather than a sweet fish sauce. The bathroom could have been cleaner and I would have loved toilet paper rather than a paper towel- esp. on my way out.

Came from SoCal and it was at the point in the trip where it's Viet food or it's over. We found this pho place and it looked pretty trustworthy compared to other places I found. I got the Small Rare Steak and Tripe Pho. The portions were perfect and enough to get me full. The meat was tender and the trip wasn't crazily chewy. I wish there was more trip in it though! The broth was a bit light in flavor and a bit oily, but not something that ruins the taste of the meal. I'd definitely vouch for this place if anyone was craving pho and didn't know which one was tasty.

Every year we come to Boulder and we always eat here at least once. Everything on the menu is excellent. Food is fresh and freshly made to order. Once you eat this Pho it's hard to eat pho anywhere else! Pork dumplings and the Vietnamese wings were excellent.

Their Vietnamese spring rolls with the peanut sauce is a def to order when you go there. It's exactly the way it's made and what I like it the lightness of this appetizer. The light spring roll with the flavor bomb peanut sauce just goes so well together. They should sell that peanut sauce lol ;)I got the combination pho which is Steak, brisket, tendon, tripe and meatball. You have to order a medium or large bowl if you choose this and my husband got the Steak and Brisket. I'll be honest the tendon felt pretty uncooked and hard and stiff so I took it out. I think the best option is the rare (p.s the meat is so thin that it cooks in the hot water) Steak and Brisket. Overall good experience

Forgot to take a photo of my large pho but it's super large and will definitely fill you up! The prices are decent and fair but their vegetable pho was not that great and I've had better pho in the past. Also their service here is super slow and the waiter was not good at checkin on u and we only saw them one and never again. Their boba is good and fair price for he size, would come back for the boba but not the pho.

Pho was honestly really weak, even compared to other pho places it was just bad. There was a distinct chemical smell as well, and I'm almost certain it's the generic disinfectant from restaurant depot. The wontons were actually good apart from the fact our server forgot to give us the dipping sauce for a good five minutes. I ordered the tendon and brisket pho, tendon was extremely tender however it seems like it was stored next to or with tripe as it tasted strongly of bile. Not to mention they don't tell you only get 1 slice of tendon per pho which was extremely disappointing. Beef was actually tender and soaked up the flavors of the broth wonderfully. Rice noodles were overcooked to the point of being mushy. Vegetables were a plus though they are very generous with their portions. My main thing other than the disinfectant taste being in the food was our server kept forgetting about us, and constantly was asking us what we ordered, which lead to a lot of delays in us getting our food. I get it I was a new server once however this guy was borderline unprofessional, it was a huge turn off from ever visiting this place again as it seemed like he could give less of a care about his tables. On top of insult to injury they over charged us for our receipt claiming we ordered beer, keep in mind the person I went with and I are under the legal drinking age, so the fact that was an issue is a major red flag. I seriously wanted to like this place as I heard it was a good pho place in Boulder.

Low quality food and very inadequate service. Would not recommend it to anyone. I can't give it better review.

The food was really good. However, I ordered the grilled shrimp noodle bowl and to my surprise a portion of the shell was left on the shrimp I could have choked on the shell and brought it to the waitress attention who didn't speak a word of English! As I went to pay my bill, I mentioned it to the gentleman that was helping me at the cash register and said he was the owner and he didn't seem to be bothered. With the fact there was the tail ends still on my shrimp!! Will not be coming back to this location.

I just moved to Colorado and was craving pho and this place was amazing. The broth for the pho was great and the spring rolls were delicious. They give pretty big portions for the price too. The service was fast and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely will go again!
