This place is a bit of a hit and miss for me. I have been three times in the last two months celebrating various moments. All the times I have gone the restaurant was not busy. Only a few customers. The front door host were very kind and friendly every time. The inside has a nice calming vibe with no loud music so you can hear your companion. The first time I went the service was amazing. We had the nicest server that was polite, professional and kind hearted. I wished I remember her name but she was wonderful. The second experience was not that good. The server, Matt, didn't know which tables was his, took him a long while to greet us and offer us water. But there were maybe 3 other tables occupied in the whole place. He was sloppy with food spilling the oil in the bread, barely checked on us and took forever to flag down when we need the check. The 3rd server, Geralt, was friendly, professional, knowledge and a fast talker. The only issue was a hiccup with the bill at the end. We were charged for an upgrade on steak from Sirloin to Fillet. But we didn't receive or ask for fillet. It was a minor hiccup on their end that they quickly remedied but it felt awkward and weird at the end. The food had its moments as well. The first time all around was the best. When ever you come to the restaurant they give you warm bread and an oil dipping sauce that is delicious as long as your server hasn't made a mess of it. We also order an appetizer of the Beef and Ginger Potstickers. They were wonderful but very salty. They sit on a bath of soy sauce. Then we had the Bang, Bang Fish Tacos that are served with crispy fries. I have not been able to get them out of my head. Perfect tacos with a creamy spicy sauce. By far the best I have had. On the second time, I was celebrating my birthday and ordered the fish and chips. I love fish and chips and have had them many place. But these were terrible. The fish was oily and greasy and left a lot of residue in the bottom. Also they had a weird breading that seemed almost carbonated. I will never eat these again. It was awful. On the third time, I took my mother out for her birthday. We each ordered an entre and then split them to try everything. My mom had the Sirloin with the crab cake and upgraded her side to asparagus. The steak was perfectly cooked and easy to pull apart but was not seasoned so it was bland. The crab cake was okay but the remoulade was really spicy. The asparagus was over cooked and mushy. I order the Cod Imperil and upgraded my side to the Kung Poa Brussel sprouts. The Cod Imperil was decadent. It was topped with a blend of seafood and cheese. Well worth it and something I would repeat. The Kung Poa Brussel sprouts were by far my favorite. I have never had anything like that. They had just enough sauce and were cooked to perfection. I was sad when the bowl was empty. I will visit this place again. It has its ups and downs. But not too bad overall.

We just ate at the restaurant and our customarily great experience was just bellow average if that We ordered a fillet mignon as one of the 4 orders but got the wrong steak( it was remade but took time and we had to take it home as its delayed ( The manager discounted the item) . My wife's salad with salmon was soggy wilted and the salmon over cooked! My wife ate it but just because she was hungry. My corn soup felt salty not sure why My brother also ordered and agreed it was salty we have had the soup tons of time but today it was not as usual Today was my brother's birthday and we told the server but another table next to us got two birthday slices to celebrate but he never delivered ours for some reason I assume he just forgot The service other wise was superb; friendly professional fast !!!Not a good lunch from a restaurant we love. Food was less than acceptable on what was a special date for usSpoke with manager who noted he would send a card for next time usage but I never received it We will no longer patronize this restaurant as we have a awful taste in our mouths from the last less than acceptable lunch This restaurant is not what it used to be

My family & I loved everything! The food, the service & the atmosphere! Got seated immediately, got our drinks & appetizers fast! Highly recommend the bang bang shrimp! It was a little wait for the main food but considering it was packed we didn't mind especially because all the food turned out perfectly! I personally didn't like the alcoholic dessert beverages (espresso & chocolate) they were very bitter however our server gave me an extra cup of cream to make it sweeter! Will come back!

I will never eat here again. I started by ordering the white sangria. I don't recall the description saying it is topped with cinnamon but it was unnecessary. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer which was fine. Then I got my entree and this is when things went downhill. I ordered the Atlantic Salmon. It came out COMPLETELY raw. How did they fix it? So glad you asked. They microwaved it until it was (mostly) no longer raw. $30 for microwaved salmon - awesome. My husband ordered the macadamia nut brownie for dessert and it was also microwaved. I could hear our waitress talking to the manager about my entree. No attempt was made to address it with me, but they had a good laugh.We sat near the kitchen and I was shocked at how often microwaves were being used. Feel free to spend $40-$50 a person for what equates to a TV dinner. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Service was EXCELLENT! Our server was so prompt and polite. She overhead is talking about the anniversary we were celebrating and brought us cheesecake (which was SUPERB). Pretty fancy restaurant but they have a lot of yummy choices. We opted in for filet mignon which comes with two sides. We ordered the seasonal veggies and garlic mashed potato. The steak was served exactly as requested and was delicious! The potatoes were a great choice too. They start you off with bread with oil and pesto (?) either way, it was fabulous.

Always a good place for a healthy meal. I particularly enjoy the mahi. There's usually a few specials as well as some lighter things. The bar has a nice wine selection. The decor is certainly above average and the service is alert and attentive- which is really a pleasure these days. I've been a customer of various Bonefish restaurants for many years and I absolutely recommend it.
