Gamechanger sandwiches. The croquettes are like little cordon bleu mozzarella sticks with an amazing dipping sauce. You have never had a turkey sandwich or a Cubano like these! Such well thought out food.

Finally! Killer Cuban in Denver! Bodega is slaying it. The plantains are crisp, the pork is tender, and if you skipped the tres leches you really missed out. Can't wait to go back and try the vegetarian options. Definitely making a return visit soon

Headed on back and the plantain chips are now officially delicious. And don't sleep on the ham croquettes either. First time having those and I'll for sure be getting them again.

So I drove an hour today for an sandwich. It was absolutely worth it! I know Bodega is really focused on the Denver delivery market right now, but I can't find a Cuban sandwich this good up in Fort Collins, so I made the trip. Check out their website after you read this review. Have you seen anything this phenomenal for a restaurant? What about a food truck? I can assure you their food is on par with their website and tastes every bit as good as it looks. The owners also made time to talk to me for a few minutes. Needless to say, they are wonderful, talented, and passionate people. They also have a few concepts up their sleeves and I cannot wait to see where they go. I wouldn't be surprised if their food truck got a Michelin Star in the future. Side note, I went to the food truck in person. Most people order delivery. This truck was spotless. The employees wore face masks and gloves. Hand sanitizer was readily available. It was comforting to see people doing the right thing even when no one was looking. I highly recommend trying the Cuban sandwich, ham croquettes, and the tres leches cake! I look forward to trying the rest of the menu items the next time I am in town! They have vegetarian options too!
