Blue Mexican Food Truck

Ok. So we were having linch in Pueblo, CO. A customer told us about this fantastic food truck near Chatfield park. We tracked it down today. These two ladies put out the best Mexican food we've ever had. We tried the green chili tamales and the smothered burrito. The chicken was a tiny bit smokey and generous. Speaking of generous the sauce! I've never had anything like it. Im not even sure how to describe it. Please check them out next time you're out here. They're worth a special trip to get this food. They have breakfast too!
