Blue Bay Asian Cafe

Ordered for pick up and everyone was nice. Arrived and food was ready in about 8 minutes. Inside is very small and plain but I think it's meant more for pick up than dine in. Not a whole lot of flavor to the dishes. The portions are good and the price is fine for what you get.

If you're out near DIA in Green Valley Ranch you can find this little cafe, (open every day ) in a strip-mall, serving up some tasty dishes. They were busy the Friday I went primarily with lunch pick-up orders. Blue Bay is small with about ten tables & a minimalist design. There was only one server & she was friendly, fast & attentive.I had the Sweet & Sour Shrimp (lunch portion), served with fried rice & a vegetable egg roll. This came with seven medium size shrimp. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, however I thought the tempura coating was a little too heavy. The sweet & sour sauce was great...more sweet than sour. Accompanying the shrimp were pineapple chunks, onions, red peppers & green peppers - all grilled & delicious! The egg roll was the best rolled egg roll I've seen & tasted super fresh. All in all a good meal & very reasonably priced.

This place is a gem in the GVR town center. You must come visit. They offer take out and dine-in option. We ordered some traditional favorites: lo mein and chicken fried rice. They came with a veggie egg roll each, and wow. So good. The menu was varied and looks like there is something for everyone. Food came out fast and was hot and fresh with great flavors. Service was friendly and prompt. Come check out this place for yourself. It's awesome!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I have never been so completely disgusted by food like what I have ordered from here. I just don't understand how this place stays in business. If someone wanted to make a lot of money, opening a Chinese food restaurant in this area that is on par with Hing King Station in Centennial (in my humble opinion is hands down the best Chinese along the front range). There simply is no quality Chinese anywhere near GVR. Seriously, who is keeping this place open? They cannot even stir fry vegetables competently... I would be shocked if they could boil water without burning it. PLEASE STOP KEEPING THIS CRAP OPEN... maybe if they shut down, a good restaurant could move in.

Love this place. Super friendly owners / staff, fresh food, always good. They have dine in or delivery, so it's easy either way.

I stopped in for lunch and had their version of pad see eew. I was very pleased with it and they use bok choy instead of Broccoli which I prefer. It was to delicious to think of taking a photo.

The food is amazing I love their dumplings, the service is amazing as well and they are extremely welcoming, and the food came out quick

I loved China Chef for decades.Moving back to Denver, Blue Bay Asian Cafe is now my go-to choice.The food is better, the people are nice. Affordable.If you are craving a yummy Chinese Food meal- I suggest here.Only have had to-go so far. I think they have more than Chinese, check the menu.

My children wanted Asian food, tried this place AGAIN. ONE. LAST . TIME.They tried charging me extra for delivery saying we live over 3 1/2 miles away, we are ONLY .9 , not even a MILE!!!!Owner called me, told me to just call the restaurant directly. I called, and called, and called, and called. For 15 minutes. Got hung up on two times.15 minutes later I got a call back. Never mind I said and went to Pho instead.Look at ALLLLL the "not recommended " reviews for this place, they tell the TRUTH.We have lived out here almost 20 years, this place has the worst staff and terrible food....
