Blackjack Pizza

Your phones aren't working and I can't order online says not accepting orders. Had to drive up and wait. Will consider other options next time.

I love the calzones from Blackjack Pizza. It is always good! Today, I placed an order for a couple calzones at 6:08pm to pick up at 7:00pm. When I arrived the guy at the computer told me, it'll be 15-20 minutes. I said WHAT? I placed that order almost an hour ago. He kept apologizing and I actually felt sorry for him. I told him, that's OK, it's not on you. I did ask him to talk to a manager and tell him, if we can't get the order on time that I requested, TELL ME WHEN I ORDER the calzone you need more time. Blackjack is the one who said 7:00. If you can't get my order in time, DON'T TAKE MY ORDER!!!!!! It looked like every person that came to pickup their order had to wait, unacceptable!

Yesterday we order veggie pizza it was delicious and yummy we love it service good as well

I ordered a pizza just about every week for the past 10 years several years in Littleton and Thornton where I more four years ago. I pretty much ordered the same pizza and it always tastes great. One time it came without my favorite topping and I called the manager and they gave me the next pizza free, now that's service.Sure no place is perfect and they always get new people but my pizza has been good tasting.

CHECK YOUR PIZZA PEOPLE!!! We just ordered a large hand toss. There was a long black hair between the cheese and crust, and a small black hair sticking out of the crust. I called the store and they are going to replace the order. I took pictures, will try to upload.

This is my favorite pizza/wings place! Order from here often, and for the last 4 years. I've never once had an issue! But today I ordered wings & cheesy bread, and my cheesy bread truly looks like it was baked a week ago, burnt, then microwaved in this square. It is literally rock hard. Disappointment! And what's with that olive?

Fresh yummy salad with plentiful toppings! Jackpot pizza was loaded with toppings as well!

We have ordered from here a few times before and it's been ok- the bread stick are always too greasy- we tried more than once hopeful. Tonight decided we will not go again. The pizza they allowed to leave out the door to us was terrible. My husband was starving and tried to choke it down but couldn't . Unacceptable quality.

Ordered delivery online. Estimated time was 45 minutes. More than an hour later, called the store to check on the status of my order. Person who answered was incredibly rude. No apology, no explanation. All he would say was "it's gonna take longer."Food (cold) arrived literally an hour and a half after I placed the order. I was told there was only one driver. Either staff your store properly or provide somewhat accurate delivery estimates.Awful.

The woman working tonight was awesome! Usually this location feels very icky in energy but didn't get that vibe tonight. They messed up my order but made it right immediately so no worries there either.
