I got a calzone. Place was really clean and the service was quick and easy. Great ambiance First time ever eating here and it was quite delicious. The food was incredibly filling for $10 Definitely will come back

We order the same thing every time. The few times we have had a mix up the owner Salaw has stepped in to fix it. He even hand delivered me a pizza and gave me a refund plus a discount on my next order and an apology. Can't really complain.

We ordered based on a 45 minute and it was an hour and 45 minutes, this was absolutely ridiculous. I called and they said the driver was in the way. 45 minutes later the delivery guy finally shows up. I paid for extra sauces, no extra marina. Sad thing is you pay in advance so when you don't get what you paid for it's more difficult.

Really wish we would have read the other Yelp reviews before ordering from this location. We placed an order based on the 60 minute delivery time. Right at the 60 minutes a Blackjack car pulled into our parking lot and almost hit one of our employees as she was leaving . The driver then immediately left. We were concerned they might be lost so we called this location. After speaking with the manager and explaining what had happened his only reply was that the driver was going to help another delivery driver that got a flat tire. There was ZERO acknowledgement that the delivery driver almost hit another vehicle on our property and failed to deliver our pizza. 40 minutes later (so a total of 1 hour 40 minutes) our cold pizza was delivered. I am seriously lost for words right now.

Terrible customer service. Wrong pizzas sent out every time and will not correct orders. If you don't have something, why not tell me when I'm ordering? You are seriously better off going to Little Cesar's up the road. You've been warned.

Worst place to order pizza ever. Horrible customer service and delivery drivers that lie about what they delivered. My order was wrong, I called the store and they refused to deliver the missing/incorrect items because the delivery driver told them he delivered the items. No, I have the box and bag right in front of me. My items are missing and incorrect. He complained to me that they got the order before mine wrong too. He complained to me about driving all the way to my house. He plain lied and just didn't want to make it right. Don't order from these people. Not to mention I waited 90 minutes for my order to arrive, cold and incorrect.

We order the same pizza the same way all the time and the one time its made wrong the "manager" wants to treat my wife like crap over the phone. Whats wrong with just making it the right way and sending it back out?? Bad customer service Then the guy pulls into the yard honking his horn!! Lol like we should run out to great him

We ordered a pizza 8:50 pm for carry out and was told it would be 30 mins on our pizza. We showed up at 9:30pm and 3 employees were walking out (one with a pizza in hand) and everything was closed up and the doors were locked. They told us no more carry outs we close at 10pm and then said we never ordered over the phone and then lady asked which number we called. We checked our call logs and we clearly had a call at 8:50 pm that was from their store. She proceeded to say "well you guys never ordered. Why would we have called without ordering? We clearly placed our order and you guys decided to close early on a weekend. If your website says you're open until 10pm not sure why we can't even get a pizza we ordered at 8:50pm....
