Blackjack Pizza first got me with the regular coupons they send out. Full disclosure, I never get anything besides a large pan pizza with extra cheese for pick up when there's a deal on a large one topping. The order is always ready quickly, the pizza is hot, and the pizza edges are crispy. This place is my staple for when I just want plain, cheesy, pan pizza.

It took over an hour and a half for a 45 minute delivery and this is what we paid over $20 to receive. Just absolutely insane for quality, service, delivery, etc. I would give this zero stars if I could.

My meal was delivered within an hour which tracks with the email expressing the food would be ready in 45 minutes. This pizza in particular is a little heavy with the olive oil but, it's cooked well and tastes fine. The delivery guy was on a bike which I didn't realize but, he was friendly! I'm not sure how common that is for their process overall but, I can see how that may cause delays. The salad is crunchy. I plan to order from here again.

This place has gone downhill which is a bummer since it used to be a go-to for pizza night. Received a sad salad, mostly cheese for $9. The dressing was ON TOP of the pizza...embedded in the dough, how gross. Ordered a large pan pizza and it was not much bigger than the small. I was emailed a "Review your visit" survey, took it, got an email from the manager offering $50 in my account for this sad visit but never received that credit. The excuse for the sad food was "we are very shorthanded" okay, sure, but then maybe everyone slows down and doesn't put out shit food? I am willing to wait a little longer for even marginally better quality. Get your shit together, blackjack.

Doesn't even deserve any one star!! Called in an order at 6:26pm and do not receive the pizza till 9pm!! Had to call them to get a refund and the people kept ignoring my call so I had to call on a different phone number and then I was finally able to get ahold of the manager!! DO NOT come here unless you want unprofessional service and cold pizza delivered 3 hours later!!!

Wow. Unbelievable how bad my service was last tonight. I called and asked for a thin crust extra crispy pizza and some cinnamon sticks. Paid my driver and tipped well because he was awesome and it's not his fault. But I checked my pizza and it's literally a normal pizza crust. I called and the lady who took my order, Melissa, basically yelled at me and said "I knew you would call back, but that pizza is correct. It's a NY Thin crust. I made it myself so I know it's right. It's a size down from the regular size made with normal dough." Obviously I'm new to the thin crust game and that's why I asked her originally what the difference was but she said the first time around, "a cracker crust or dough thinly rolled out." Anyways. She yelled at me about being wrong and it was really rude. The manager sent out the correct pizza but I still will never return.

The very awesome gentleman working in the kitchen tonight was SO helpful. Their printer wasn't working and our order seemed kind of messed up (6 pieces for a medium pizza at $20 just didn't seem right). He made me a brand new pizza on the spot and it was pretty tasty for being so last minute. Thank you kind sir!

After years of ordering from the Parker Road Blackjack we have given up. Three out of the last 4 orders were totally messed up. Two took over 1-1/2 hours to be delivered, one came on cold limp half-baked crust. Tonight I started an order, picked delivery, it asked me to log in which I did, then picked "repeat your last order" and selected our last order which was delivery, never picked up there. Somehow it switched to carryout which I noticed a couple of minutes later. Called and they switched it to delivery. This was 7:35, at 8:10 the driver called and had the wrong address. I checked my account in the app and it has the correct address. When I log in and order directly from my account, how can it give the driver the wrong address? Terrible app, totally incompetent. What matters is, the service was polite and kind, in every interaction! It was a really busy night for a Monday and with only one delivery driver I completely understand the long wait time, and the little mixup that was made. We ordered a half and half pizza, and the pepperoni was put on the wrong half. Not a huge deal, I picked it off and put it on the correct side, just not ideal since the flavor of the pepperoni was odd with my toppings. So I called and told them about the situation and immediately the gentleman on the phone apologized and added a credit to my account to make up for it. The woman who took my order was friendly and gracious, and read my order back to me to check, and again she was kind when I called to check on the order when it was a little late. The delivery driver was also friendly and offered service with a smile. Wonderful job to all. You guys rock!
