:Arrived on time for my pizza and wings carry-out, but was told to wait for the wings. After checking twice and waiting 35 minutes, staff realized my order was ready all along. No apology for the oversight, leaving me with cold pizza and a bad taste. Extremely disappointing service. One star. Pizza cold, also forgot our extra cheese.

I had never had this Colorado-based chain, thought I would give it a shot.I got a small hand-tossed. The bake was uniform brown on the bottom. There was ALOT of untopped crust around the edge of the pie... like, 2-3" of plain dough per piece of pizza. This could be just inherent in ordering a small, but it was pretty disappointing. I had so much plain crusts I couldn't even give it all to my dogs, they would get sick.The toppings were generous enough where applied. There was no sauce flavor at all, there was no noticeable tomato flavor- basically they used enough to make the dough red. Concerning this location and service - I was a little worried given some of the negative reviews. I ordered online and had the receipt on my phone. When I got there I said I ordered a pickup for Tim. A girl started scrolling through their order screen, saying she did not see my order. Then they asked what kind of pizza. Finally the girl went around a corner and came back with my pizza. Not a huge deal, I think they just thought I ordered pickup and not pre-pay pickup.In summary - I dunno. I guess it's better than Dominoes? I think I'll probably stick with my local pizzeria or maybe hit up Central Park's Pizzeria Locale.

This location is trash now. No consistency anymore.I used to go there all of the time, but the last few times that I've ordered, my order wasn't correct. One of the times I called and they said that I'd have a credit under my phone number. Sadly, when I called to order my next pie there was no record of a credit. Don't waste your time or money.

This place provided me a later-night dinner option. I didn't feel like going into a restaurant, I wanted something quick. I placed an order over the phone for a calzone and a drink. It was ready in 15 minutes which was cool. The dough they use tasted pretty damn good. Unfortunately, they should use more mozzarella cheese. There was hardly any in there. I thought it may be just a one-off but, I have to come clean, I ordered 2. I'm a big dude. What can I say? The second one hardly had any cheese either. When I say no hardly no cheese, go grab a handful of grated mozzarella, now remove 1/2 of that cheese. That's how much was in there. All that being said, I liked the taste and with 9 trips scheduled to Denver this year I will most likely return.

I've been waiting for my delivery for over 3 hours...I live about 10 min. away and my online delivery estimate was 45 min. No one is answering the phone. How do I get a refund? I only ordered 2 pizzas and wings. This order should not be taking this long.

First off, I'd like to thank Damian for a top notch delivery experience. He was super friendly and professional when he called me on the phone, and was the most happy-go-lucky delivery guy I've ever seen when I met him downstairs for my pizza. So much yes!!I ordered the Pizza Margherita, which was tasty, but a little greasy; an order of Deep Dish Cheesesticks with a side of marinara (yumm!); and some of the best cinnamon sticks I've had in a while. Fast delivery, friendly service, and awesome food on my first time ordering from here. Couldn't have asked for more!

I placed my order well before closing and when we arrived a blonde female worker with lip piercings (just to clarify who it was) ignored us multiple times after making eye contact. She was eating food in the back and walking around looking everywhere but in our direction after she had initially ignored us multiple times. The sign said open but the doors were locked, she eventually signaled for us to go to the window and said "I never got your order" (with extreme attitude) even though our order was confirmed by email and it charged my card, I got the refund but we are first time guests and this was a terrible experience.
