Big Stuff Food

I do not give out 5 stars all Willy nilly but this food truck deserved it. The size of the fry order was impressive and my daughter loved the slider! The reason I looked them ip to review them though was solely the Garlic Honey Habanero! It didn't make me cry but it did make me burp and hiccup almost instantly so that's cool! If you see their food truck I highly recommend trying them. The price compared to what you get is totally worth it.

Actually we tried this food truck at Lone Tree Brewery Co. They came in to cover for another food truck that cancelled, probably due to weather.Anyways, we tried the Colorado Poutine and BCB burger, they both didn't disappoint. Gotta try all of their menu next time, glad it worked out and we had a great food truck to for some food with our Mexican Lagers

Cheat meal delight! We got to try this food truck at 105 brewery and perfect match with our beer!We got Bahn Mi, Burger, Waffle fries, slider, Mac & cheese balls & danger mouse! MUST GET THE RANCH!Wait time was a bit long but our food was still hot and delicious.

Very slow service tonight. Very disappointed as the place we are at closes at 9 and been waiting an hour for our order.. :( Will prob not order from them again.

A few of my friends are obsessed with Big Stuff Food, so when I saw they were curbside and slinging their goods at Launch Pad Brewery in Aurora, I just knew I had to check 'em out! Let me just say, if the gods had a food truck - it would be Big Stuff Food.After browsing the menu, and wiping away the drool, we chose the following: + Colorado Poutine - Crispy waffle fries covered with shredded cheese, jalapeño and white cheddar cheese curds, smothered with vegan green chili, drizzled with a chipotle lime crema, and topped with baby arugula. Yes, it's as flavorful as it sounds. You can go big or go small, but don't go without! + Colorado Banh Mi - An 8-inch hoagie stuffed with pork belly, carnitas, drizzled with a charred jalapeño avocado aioli, and topped with arugula, pickled cabbage slaw, and cilantro. Legit amazing. I didn't realize how empty my life was before this. + Big Stuff Patty Melt - Quarter pound burger patty, quarter pound green chili braised pork belly, chipotle cheddar cheese, and grilled onion on toasted sourdough. Hope you're hungry! ...are you drooling yet? Because I am. So yeah, the hype is real, and I can't get enough. Definitely going to be making my way back to Big Stuff Food for more of the deliciously creative and oh so Colorado menu. **Pro Tip - They make their way to a variety of brewrific venues throughout the greater Denver-metro area. Big Flavor is the real name of this food truck. Everything you get from this food truck is huge & full of Flavor!!! They were at Lone Tree Brewery when I had them on a cold dreary day. They were the only sunshine that day luckily. I went outside and ordered my meal of BCB Double w/ sweet potato fries and a side of charred Avocado aioli. They give you a number stanchion and within minutes they find you & drop off a plate of your food for a King and/or 15 for person.

Must try food truck! They move around daily, but they're always outside of Denver Beer Co on Mondays. I recommend getting a cold beer and ordering a ton of their food!Patty Melt - Their patty is made from beef, bison and chorizo and it's pure perfection. Add pork belly for some fattiness and you have a great paddy melt! The cheese is obviously amazing too!Green Chile Poutine - The waffles fries are crispy perfection. Green chile is flavorful as well. You can't lose with this one. Fried Mac and Cheese - Cheesy and delicious! Great crunch. Fritters - This changes depending on the brewery but this one was Princess Yum Yum flavored. It was like eating the beer and I loved every bite of it!

I was so impressed with this food truck. They're parked outside of Denver Beer Co. on Mondays and the food goes very well with beer after a long work day. The menu is diverse and accommodates to various cravings. The wings with the honey habanero are HOT but extremely tasty. The quesadilla was well made and tasty. Now, the fritters...holy crap. Get the fritters! After speaking to the owner, Brad, it looks like he changes the flavor every so often but can imagine they're all bomb. Definitely going to have Big Stuff whenever they're back on Platte St.!

We had Big Stuff cater our high school graduation party. They were a pleasure to work with. Responsive, prompt, abs everyone loved the food. They served over 100 people in 2 hours and everyone was happy. I'd definitely use them again!

He has great food but I am sorry but he is straight up greedy. $13.00 to $18.00 bucks just for a burger, fries are $5 to $6 dollars each l, and he doesn't even offer at least 1 sauce for his fries, he charges $1.00 as well. Good food but very expensive. I am not a fan of greedy people. I will sadly not buy from this guy again. If people are dumb enough to blow tons of money on 1 meal, go for it.
