Supposed to be boneless buffalo chicken wings but more like frozen chicken nuggets with no sauce. Don't waste your money...

TLDR: charged me twice instead of refunding money for food that wasn't delivered.Long story:The food I ordered was never delivered. I called the next day and the man who answered said he would refund the money (minus driver tip) and it would show up in my bank account in a few days. Sounds great, right?No. Instead of refunding the money he charged me AGAIN. So I paid twice for food that wasn't delivered. I called again and he answered and told me that he had refunded it. I told him that he must have accidentally charged me instead. He kept denying that he charged me again and was very rude about it.I am now having to file a claim through my bank disputing all the charges. Which could take weeks to resolve.

Big daddy's.... More like big disappointment.This is some of the worst food I've ever had in my entire life. The chicken fingers wouldnt be eaten by a 5 year old child and the "bread sticks" showed up as half cooked balls of dough. Pizza 2I'm serious. Do. not. EVER. Order. Food. From. Here.

The pizza is very average, it's fine if you don't need any specialty toppings or after a night or drinking. It took forever for them to deliver the pizza even though I live down the block. They forgot to give me the ranch and garlic butter that I paid for...Next time I will be ordering elsewhere.

When you think you're ordering a great good size salad, because I mean it's almost 9 bucks and you end up with a baby salad. This is absolutely ridiculous I can't believe y'all would sell this kind of salad for almost 9 dollars!! Never ordering again!!!

We rolled into town pretty late and just needed a bite before bed. Our hotel concierge recommended Big Daddy's pizza, and we saw on the website that there was a combo meal including garlic bread and a 2 liter for $20, so we placed an order!The guy on the phone really struggled to figure out what we wanted to order. He kept asking us for a coupon code, but the combo listed on the website didn't have a code. We finally googled it and found a third party coupon code that worked for him.The guy on the phone promised us pizza in 45 to 55 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later, we phoned in to ask on the status of our order. His response was, "well the pizza's not here so it should be there soon I guess." Ouch.Finally, the pizza itself was pretty....ok. It worked for 2:00 in the morning, but I don't think I would have liked it for a regular dinner meal.Overall, I don't think I would recommend Big Daddy's to anyone else.

THIS IS A 5 STAR REVIEW. The only this it is a 4 star, is cause im scared it will go behind the wall and never be seen as I've never made a review before. I was compelled after the negative comments I seen. This is a magnificent pizza for the price and a great value. Plenty of yummy cheese, fresh toppings and perfect hand tossed crust. The best part is the most unique little spicy sauce you'll ever have. Big fan of Big Daddy.

Bad salad. Took it home and it was brown. I also bought a pizza that was a solid 2.5 stars wasn't a fan of the double breaded pizza. I might go back and give their pizza a try again but the wings were bleh as well.
