Ballmer Peak Distillery

Great little spot my husband and I came across right down the street from where we live! The atmosphere is relaxed and casual with a cozy sitting area inside or picnic tables you can hang out at outside. Service was amazing and they have tiki nights as well as trivia games for everyone!The seasonal drinks were delicious and the quality of the ingredients are excellent.

If the warden on death row were to serve my last alcoholic beverage, it would definitely be the Pandan Chichi: Vodka, pineapple juice, pandan and macadamia nut syrup, cream of coconut. In destination Lakewood, Colorado tiny and adorable Balmer Peak is my favorite spot to enjoy a cocktail. With board games and trivia nights, it makes drinking fun again. Here is where I became acquainted with The Pie Queen "Homemade pies by an award-winning pastry chef and drag queen." She hosted trivia and sold the most amazing lemon berry pie! Friday evenings until 7 pm, the Off the Hook fish and chips food truck is there. This is a dog-friendly multi-generational gathering spot, loved by many.!

Super fun distillery! We went here thanks to the passbook and really enjoyed the drinks we got. The menu is comprehensive and unique. We can't wait to return!

Okay - love love love this place! My partner sat down and said it was the best Old Fashion he has ever had. The staff was so friendly and answered all of our questions. The cocktails were delicious and you can bring your own food into the restaurant. They also only serve alcohol they make in house!

I enjoyed the ambiance of this place, I like the music and the decor. I enjoyed the fact that you can bring in your own food and drink.But, I didn't enjoy the service. We spent over $100 in drinks and we felt like a burden as a customer. We tried chatting with the bartenders and they were very short and ignored us when we would ask questions about the drinks. The bartender was very dismissive of us, and very friendly with the other customers. When my table asked for drinks or shots they would just throw them on the counter. Personally, I didn't enjoy the service and I felt unwelcome. They were washing their dishes right in front of us and they were throwing it around so the dish water kept splashing us and getting in our drinks. The drinks were pretty good for the prices. It's a great business that makes their own alcohol, so it's pretty awesome to support a local business. Overall, cool idea but I don't enjoy feeling unwelcome in a space, so I probably won't be back. I know they aren't hurting for my business, just wanted to share my experience.

Small little place but very homey! They have a good happy hour and unique drink options! There is also a cute outdoor space as well! I changed neighborhoods so not as convenient for me but would go again if I was looking for a cocktail at a quiet bar on a week night!

Top notch drinks, great atmosphere and super friendly service. An instant neighborhood favorite. Try the Hemingway Daiquiri.

Service like their cocktails are impeccable. They allow you to bring food. Torchy's is opening up down the street on 9/4 .... This is about to blow up with such a powerful duo of flavor.

Best distillery in Denver. Bartenders are great and take pride in their drinks. Small place but big experience. Whether stopping in for a drink or taking a few home, this is a most stop if you are in the area. Excited about their new bigger place opening up.

Great service and delicious cocktails. Super cozy spot - but the drinks and conversation are worth it. Support local. :)
