Baja Bertos Beachside Burritos

This food truck is da bombbbbbb!We have randomly been at breweries three times when they are there.Nacho Waffle Fries were the perfect app for our group.My burrito was legit so good. I lived in California for a few years so this was great bringing it back to So Cal.Also, best part of the burritos is you don't feel overly stuffed after.The Guacamole is homemade then put in a bottle to be able to spread it out evenly so the perfect amount in each bite.One of the few food trucks that also looks clean on the inside. Always fun to support a local families small business. Wish there was less pizza food trucks every other night and more good places like this!

I cant say enough good things about Baja Bertos! Philip Madigan was spot on in helping cater my 30th High School reunion at the Vehicle vault in parker CO, Setup/Quality full taco & burrito bar, all the fixings, everyone loved it & I would absolutely recommend their food and catering services to anyone looking for a great solution to having great food at an event

We moved to Colorado from Southern California, specifically San Diego and then Los Angeles and we have been searching for a burrito that resembles the Baja Mexican food we love and miss. Baja Berto's is exactly that! We wish it was easier to find his truck especially on the weekends when all we want is a good authentic breakfast burrito! But when you can find it it is the best Mexican in Denver we have found!

They sell a mediocre burrito that is $9. That's cheap though compared to the several hours you're going to spend in your bathroom afterwards with explosive diarrhea. There's so much good Mexican food in Denver that it's amazing this survives.

Amazing food! The owner is so friendly and loves to talk to his patrons! I bought the carnitas burritos and everything was perfect! The crisp on the meat mixed with the guacamole and cheese was perfect! The waffle fry nachos were out of this world! My eyes were way bigger than my stomach but they were so good that I had to finish them! I will definitely look out for them whenever I go to local breweries because Baja Bertos is definitely worth seeking out!

The flavor of the carne asada was great but, many of the pieces of meat were so fatty/chewy that it made the burrito hard to fully enjoy. We even had to spit some pieces out which when you pay $8, you don't want to be spitting anything out. Also had to drop a star because I felt like the communication/customer service during the ordering process could have been improved.

Great authentic San Diego style mexican food, cannot be beat. I have missed San Diego mexican food like Alberto's, Hillbertos, but this Bertos will definitely fill that void. Do not hesitate, eat this food and you will not be disappointed.

Had a burrito from this food truck when it was parked outside of Barnett Brewing. Carne asada burrito was very meh. Edible, I guess, but not very good.

We were rushed through our burrito and taquitos, that we found to be subpar at best, because a 10-15 minute wait turned into a 30 minute wait. Lone Tree Brewery, where the truck was parked, was moderately busy but nothing to warrant the wait time. We found our food to be bland and unimpressive. No plans to recommend or return.
