I love this place so much! I've been to this location several times and it never fails me. I wish I could remember my servers name because she was such a sweetheart. She checked on me several times to make sure I was doing ok nd that everything tasted ok.I always get the buffalo chicken sandwich when I come here and it is always so good! I always wish they had a HOT sauce but alas they do not. No biggie though because this sandwich is always phenomenal. The truffle tots are also always a must and are always so crispy and cooked perfectly! The fried pickles are hands down the best ones I have had here too!The way they decorate these restaurants is always so fun and keeps you looking around to see all the different pictures and signs they have on the walls. This location is cool too because they have an upstairs and I love when I get seated up there! If you want some good food and a nice family atmosphere then come here!

If you're craving a Philly-style burger, the food here is decent, but that's about where the positives end. My experience upstairs was a service disaster.First, they messed up my beer order--gave me the wrong size--and didn't even check in with us throughout the meal. We asked for our food to-go, boxes made it clear we had a movie to catch, and yet we were still left waiting far too long.I generally avoid chains, and this visit certainly didn't change my mind. Service matters, and this place failed on that front. I won't be back.

Ordered take out four our family of 4. Ended up being $93, normally this is expected, to get decent-quality food ordered out, still a little pricy. We went to pick it up, as the delivery fee was $48, even though we live less than a mile away. when we got home, we checked all three burgers, and only one of them had the bad daddy's sauce. disappointing, that is one of our favorite parts of the meal. Secondly, for my daughter, she ordered a Cesar Salad and a SEPERATE side of fries. However, for some reason, her side of fries were including in a package with a chicken sandwich... she is allergic to tomatoes and therefore could not eat the fries due to the contamination. The food was good, however, this is frustrating as we come here often and spend lots of money.

Went here before a movie a few weeks ago and the food/service left a lot to be desired. We were sitting upstairs and it was pretty empty but the initial trip to our table by a server took forever and the time to even order our food was so slow. I got a classic smash burger, which was good but not great. I added tater tots, which I regretted because they came out luke warm at most and didn't have any flavor. Server barely came to our table where five of us were dining. Don't recommend and I won't be back.

Delicious dinner. Came with our son and daughter-in-law. Had some wings as an appetizer. Crispy and very good. Shared the truffle fries and sweet potato fries. Again delicious. DIL had the sliders and said they were good. Son had a self built chicken sandwich and ate the whole thing. Hubby had a burger and devoured it. I had the impossible burger and while it was good. It was a little mushy. Grilled with a little char on the outside would have been nice. I still ate almost the whole thing so It was good. I would certainly come back when in town.

The staff was awesome and so was the food, but what was suppose to be an early and quick dinner, turned into 3 long hours. The hostess originally forgot to seat me and it was downhill after that. I had a lot of errands to run afterwards and I couldn't do them anymore because everything was closed by the time I received my dinner and ate. It was also extremely loud and you had to scream over the music to talk to anyone. I love Bad Daddy's, but this really pissed me off.

BYO burger: cold bun, slimy weird grilled onions. Patty is fine but nothing to write home about. Would request a warmed bun next time (weird they don't come warmed as default). Fries: classic fries were sad, soggy & saltless. Go with sweet potato or tots instead. Queso: weird gluey-paste textured. Would advise against ordering. Our food runner was quick and our waitress at the bar was wonderful.

What a super disappointment. Overpriced food that really isn't that great. No sides with your burger? really? Everyone, I mean everyone provides fries/whatever side with their burger! I mean really, even the upscale steak place burgers include fries for half the cost of what you pay when you go here and get. a burger and fries...and you get napkins, not paper towels off of a roll on the table!Well I didn't even get a burger. Others did but boy the bill was the shocker. And what was I thinking? Salmon Caesar salad at a burger place...was a total disappointment, but I guess I should have known. I figured at $16.95 it has got to be good, right? Wrong. I still ate it but really did not enjoy it. The flavor was off and am now wondering if maybe it wasn't fresh? Definitely do not recommend it.All in all a super bummer of a night where the pocketbook took a big hit for something that was not even enjoyable.What a bummer.

I used Door Dash and disappointed that I was not able to add any condiments to my order. So no ketchup for my fries. On the delivery there were no napkins. My food was nice and hot though. Please add more options or allow for request to be added to the delivery menu.

So disappointed. I placed an order through Uber, but the burger was not what I ordered. So I called BD to get a new order made. I gave the order twice to the gentleman who answered the phone. When I picked up the new order, I got home and it was basically what they sent the first time, only difference was the lettuce. What was frustrating is when I went back the second time, I was not offered a refund. In fact, no manager came to chat with me. I spent 30 years in food service, from serving, to managing banquets at a country club. This service was unacceptable.
