Bacchus Wine & Spirits

Everyone here is so kind!! I came in with a few questions about wine and the man at the counter was able to help me pick out a great wine for any budget I decided to have. He was generous and answered every question I had fully :) then I was looking for another wine and I couldn't find it. The rest of the staff ran around the store quickly looking for the brand and flavor I wanted. They came with multiple bottles, sadly none of them were correct, but they were more than welcome to help me out anyway. If you have questions or you're looking for something new, please come into this store so they can assist you! I plan on coming back.

Great local spot. Excellent wine selection. They have everything from the high end Opus One down to the cheap cooking wine. Recently mentioned to the owner, Keegan, a particular hard seltzer I liked. He said he'd order some and it's been coming in ever since!

Great local liquor store, nice and clean. It's my main stop this past year. Yelp says my review is too short so I'm filling space. Truth is, when you have a good product it doesn't need lots of words to get the point across.

I've been going here for years and they have a great selection of beer, wine and spirits. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I like the small humidor on the side. It has a descent selection of cigars, enough to get you buy for a night. The one thing this liquor store could do better is keep their beer colder. I've found this a consistent practice in Colorado. All the beer is just kind of cold, not ice cold. I would love to see them lower the temperature. I'm a fan though. The location is convenient right along Broadway.

I see a lot of people crying about customer service like they expect everyone behind a counter to have a smile plastered across their face while they're clocked in.This place is great! I walk in, I stroll through picking out my booze. Get to the counter, hand whoever is there my ID and debit card. If it's multiple bottles they ask me if I'd like a box. I pay and I leave. Most hassle free, no small talk/ useless chitchat "how's your day? Thanks for coming by! " and maybe some people LIKE to be real and just walk in, get your shit and walk out. I do. I work in sales and I have to talk to people and smile for 14 hours a day sometimes and damnit if I just wanna buy my bourbon from a store that doesn't make me play along with more polite chit chat. Thank you!!! I appreciate your silence and I won't take it personally and assume racism or rudeness because you don't coddle me with appreciation for gracing you with my business.

I've been coming here a few more times recently, mainly because they have gotten Outer Range beer - which is difficult to get in Denver/Highlands Ranch in the smaller liquor stores. Good selection of pumpkin beers during October. You can tell they are trying to improve their selections. Clerks seem to be more attentive but sometimes you are hurried out. But that may be because of COVID.

Keegan Jenks, GM, went above and beyond with customer service for me. I was looking to find a particular beer. As a local small business owner myself, and a Bacchus customer for more than 15 years, I requested assistance seeing if Bacchus could get it locally. Although the beer is actually unavailable to get in Colorado, Keegan went through several levels of effort and was very thorough and complete in exhausting all efforts. The prices are surprisingly lower than I expected for a village center location. Infact, there are times that their hard alcohol is priced the same as Davidson, Lucas or Tipsy's. Good wine selection too.As for the service, I am not there to make friends but the staff can be a bit like drones.
