People with food allergies, beware!I'm extremely allergic to almonds. I explained this to the server. They brought out a plate covered in almonds. Let the server know it was inedible for me but others in my party could have that plate. They brought me a small side dish with the lowest quality cheeses and I still ended up having a reaction. Poor attention to detail and cross contamination galore. I don't expect every restaurant to be able to provide allergen-free food but I do expect them to be honest and up front about it. They are going to get someone hospitalized or worse!

Came here one warm sunny day with a neighbor. Super cute setting, VERY dog friendlt. They have almost as many dog beds than human chairs (my kind of place). Staff is quick to serve and friendly. We sat outside, ordered a glass of wine and the charcutiere board. Was super yummy, enough for 2 people to share. The sausage was on point, and cheeses were delicious. Also had some kind of bread with pesto sauce. My wine was great, slightly dry with a touch of sweet. How I like my Rose to be.Their menu of what food they have to offer does change with availability. They sometimes do a hot dog truck. I came back with my boyfriend to try the hot dogs. For 5$ its really not a bad deal. I do wish they steamed or warmed the buns though, they were slightly cold. But the beef hot dog was delicious, and they have a variety of toppings. I got cheese, onion and dijion mustard!

Owner is a dangerous, toxic individual We Just moved to the neighborhood and I had seen the coffee shop as I was exploring. Woke up with the intention of going and getting coffee, place was closed at almost 10:00 in the morning. Whatever I understand. Walk next door super cute little biscuit bakery run by 4 siblings ages 16 to 23 years old. Get a biscuit and a coffee to go sit outside on the patio Owner comes screaming out that it's not the neighboring business and he's going to spray the patio down so I need to leave. Super rude. I've worked in restaurants and hospitality almost my whole life so I get it. It's really annoying when customers use your patio. But as there was no signs and their business was closed it was an honest mistake on my part. I would have loved to get a coffee at his business to compensate him for sitting on his patio had it been open. I just mentioned that his attitude was really rude and he might want to be a little bit nicer to people who are trying to frequent his business. Really angry individual. Definitely will not go back which is sad, there's not a lot of independent coffee shops in the neighborhood.

Fantastic wine bar. On Wednesdays they have wine tasting from 4-6 on their front patio. You can taste what you want and then reach glass is either $5 out $20 a bottle. Absolutely fantastic deal and wonderful environment! I came in with some girlfriend and will definitely be making this my new local spot!

And I've been popping in and out of Audacity for over 15 months now and from the BEST hot dogs, to incredible wine and as good of music as I've ever heard, plus a growing culture, it's WELL worth a visit to Audacity and West 38th. Let me just say - what a great wine tasting - one of the best around! And the hot dogs - wow - the menu has some amazing flavors that definitely tickled my fancy. Wade and his beautiful wife Becky are just on top of this entire service and they definitely are warm and welcoming. The staff and the live music is a diamond to this neighborhood. Friendly folks and I will definitely be back. Thank you guys.

Stumbled upon this awesome wine bar. They we having a tasting. Tasted multiple wines before buying a bottle. Food is amazing. Food+Wine= Good Times.

I absolutely love this place. Great charcuterie and crab cakes and the recently expanded menu is fantastic. Had brunch on Sunday and the choices were outstanding. Great wines. Live music. Nice folks.

Sort of a weird experience with the service at Audacity. Out server said they'd just made a new type of app and if we wanted to sample it. We looked at each other and of course willfully agreed to the gesture! The appetizer was then attached to our bill at the end. Very weird tactics from a server and we have not gone and since. I would avoid this place as there are 100% service concerns and issues with ownership.Good luck!
