Asuka Ramen & Poke Englewood

Fast service, clean restaurant and delicious ramen! I had the spicy chicken ramen and it was fabulous. The chicken wasn't my favorite part, so next time I'm doing a veggie ramen as long as I still get that egg.

I'm giving 4 stars because they went pretty light on the scoops of fish in my poke bowl! I order poke bowls all the time from various places and the ones that cheap out on their scoops, usually won't see my business again!The food was great and I loved the zucchini noodles they offer!! I would easily give 5 stars if they added a fair amount of fish...especially when I paid to have extra.

It's an unassuming place on the outside, it offers some peace and quiet. I got their tonkatsu ramen. It had all the typical toppings of a ramen: pork, soft egg, bamboo shoots. I liked the addition of the spinach and thought it was cooked really well. I wasn't the biggest fan of the broth, I felt it was a bit bland seasoning-wise and a bit too oily for me. I think because I've had a lot of ramen, I judge it more harshly than other food.

Asuka is a very lowkey ramen spot in a little mall. I didn't know what to expect when coming here, but I was extremely impressed by the food! I tried the spicy tonkatsu ramen. The broth was very rich and flavorful with two large pieces of char siu. The restaurant was very clean and everyone was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Although it was late, there were many people coming in and out. Definitely a spot to check out!

Was looking for a ramen place close to City Park and saw this place had a bunch of high reviews so my family and I decided to check it out. The inside was small but felt modern. Staff was really friendly. I really enjoyed both the flavor and presentation of the food. The broth had good flavor and that umami. If you are near by and want to satisfy your ramen craving, definitely give this place a try. Your tummy will thank you!

I am so impressed by the kind and helpful customer service here. I got a make-your-own poke bowl and loaded it up. It tastes delicious!! I ordered mine to go but the restaurant is large, clean, and I'd totally eat there next time. Highly recommend this awesome spot for poke abs ramen!

This is my second time order free m Asuka Ramen and they don't disappoint. I normally order the spicy tonkotsu ramen. This time I order the spicy tuna nachos and they are delicious! The tuna is fresh and not fishy at all. Also ordered the pan seared gyoza and they might be the best gyoza I've had. So again I'm am happy with my order. Service is friendly and the portions are generous. Cute and trendy ambiance. If you love poke or ramen you must try this wonderful spot.

Bf and I went here for dinner and their Tonkotsu Ramen and Bao Buns were fantastic! Boba was a nice option as well. All three came to a little over $42 per person. The service was really nice and the seating area was clean and sleek. Good for a treat yourself ramen.

I ordered from Asuka via UberEats while I was visiting Denver for a work conference and went ham on a Friday night: I enjoyed my Build Your Own Poke bowl spring mix x zucchini noodles, salmon + spicy tuna, seaweed, tomatoes, jalapeño, pineapple, mandarin oranges, some Spicy Tuna Nachos, Steamed pork shrimp scallop dumpling, and Pan Fried Pork Gyoza (included for free). Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. I liked how their poke bowls offer lots of options for toppings.

Super yummy. I get it delivered all the time but I took a lunch break and enjoyed it there one day and everything.... Gyozas and the Spicy Miso Ramen... were delicious! One of the best ramen spots in town.
