Artisan Pizza

FANTASTIC PIZZA. Full stop.My wife took me to this pizza shop in Parker last weekend, as she kept raving about going there with her parents. I must say... her recommendation was spot on!Sitting in a strip mall off just up off Parker Road, I didn't expect much to be fair. I was enthusiastically greeted upon walking into the shop, with a crew busily making about 12 pies and salads. It took about 5 minutes before we could put in our orders (a lot of call in/doordash orders), but nothing to take away from the overall experience.The total was reasonable ($12ish for each pizza) and this location had bottled/canned beers to select from, plus outstanding sweet treats for afterwards from a local bakery/creamery (think ice cream sandwiches, cannolis, tiramisu, Italian ice).The seating area is not large and as we waited for our pies to be made, the place filled up (plus the constant stream of to-go orders walking out the door).Now for the actual pizza... outstanding is all I can say! I had the Tortina (sp) which had sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, black olives, red onion, and green peppers on it. The crust is so flavorful and the fresh out of the oven warmth was greatly enjoyed! I did have a few burnt spots on the bottom of the crust, but that turned out to be remnants of cheese from other pies in the huge oven (watching the guy move those pies around was better than the hockey game on the TV).My wife had a cheese pie and got to choose which cheeses went on (I think she had them all except feta). She didn't say much, as she happily started on the first slice (with a some balsamic spread on top).We both ate about 3 slices (4 for an individual pie) and felt full as we boxed up our leftovers.As we left, I told my wife I will definitely be back to try more pizzas from Artisan Pizza in Parker. If you are in the area - seek this place out!!!

Just ok. Edible but that's about it. Similar to mod. I was expecting higher quality toppings, the sauce and pizza itself didn't have much flavor. The ranch sides they charge $.80 for a small 2oz I got 5 and didn't end up eating it cause the ranch was flavorless and watery. Pizza not the best and ranch not good at all. I won't be back, and do not recommend.Replying to the owner who is countering what I said. Ingredients did not stand and the ranch was horrible.

This place is good, not great and that's okay. It's right on the money for value. You've had better, you've had worse but for a wood fired pizza the value is hard to beat.We were inspired to come here mostly because they work really well within the nearby schools with their charity program. Probably won't come back because there are better options near our house and this is about 20 minutes away.

I had a chance to visit this place over the last weekend and the pizza is absolutely amazing! They have thin crust wood fired pizzas and they are extremely freshly baked! We had to take a carry out order but the service was pretty good !! We ordered couple vegetarian and one fig based chicken pizza ! Omg the fig spread was absolutely delicious!!Ambience was is a decent pizza place to dine in!Of course don't forget to try their lemon cello cakes !!

Excellent pizzas! 11" personal pies. Thin and crispy crust, tasty toppings and amazing deserts ! Super fast and friendly service!! As my brother Arnold says " I'll be back" :)

Great service and friendly staff. Countless options for toppings, if you don't like your pizza, that's on you. Relaxed inside space with music and a TV. A new favorite local spot for us.

Don't really remember what I got from here. Only remember I wanted to give this place 4 stars. Placed an online order but still had to wait a while, which is probably why I subtracted a star.

The pizza was tasty, with crispy crust and fresh toppings. I like the personal size so everyone can choose their own. I will be back for more!

Ordered three pizzas, got there to pick it up and only two were made with the order. So by the time they made the third one, the other two were cold. Crust isn't great. The toppings on the speciality pizzas were a good mix but I won't go back.
