I managed 2 Arby's and 3 different restaurants in my life. Today, Wednesday 4/13/2022 at 4pm my wife and I entered this Arby's completely famished. We approached the counter and we immediately heard two latino boys ages around 16 cursing and yelling and after we ordered we sat as far back as we could but the four letter word and the yelling and boisterous boys just kept at it..I understand we have a problem with our youth and getting people to work and be responsible but really. These arrogant boys should not be anywhere near the public..the brought great shame to this business.

Arbys has been a place to go when you dont want a hamburger, fried chicken, cold sub, or a pizza but want something fast and half way decent tasting. I came here and ordered the Loaded Italian, while not aesthetically pleasing, it was loaded with meat and did taste good. The inside counter service was fast and the employees were friendly.

Went through the drive-thru Attempted to order mozzarella sticks although he asked me how many sticks? I said I'm sorry how are they sold. He said "well look at the sign" I thanked him for his great service and cancelled my order. Old man needs to stay away from customer service or food industry.

Never again. I live right by here. Stop often. Last visit it took 20 min. Didn't get pop. Got the wrong meal. Order 2 Arby's double. Get home its 2 arbys cheddars and half container curly fries. i am leaving again so i just decide to eat it. then I find 2 hairs in the cheddar sauce. Gross. Don't have time to go back either throw in trash. Husband so gross out he throw his away too.

Wish I could select less than one star...this place consistently lacks customer service, hot food, correct orders. I don't normally go here because of those reasons but if someone asks for something - I'll get it for them. And EVERY time the order is wrong. And always to Arby's financial gain. Shame on you for continuing this horrible "service". You'd think someone within this company would do something to correct this unacceptable practice.
