Came in to Arby's roast beef drive in today for lunch.I ordered their special stakehouse burger deluxe, and the wife had the bacon ranch statehouse burger made with Yaugu meat.Well, I was not impressed, and I came away very disappointed . The burger was not cooked to order. Another pre-cooked burger system. The burger was very dry and not juicy at all. It's wasn't hot to the taste, you know that , hot, and juicy burger fresh off the grill.Plus, it was charged on the edges. What happened there ?ARBYS NEEDS TO STICK TO ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES. And leave the burgers to burger joints. Even a McDonald's QP was better than the Arby's burger.We enjoy Freddy's, Culver's, Fat Burger, 5 guys, and Fries, Smash Burger. The burgers are cooked fresh to order. Not the pre-cooked microwave burgers.In my opinion, it's not worth the $25.00 for 2 burgers fries and drink. Maybe not all Arby's stores pre cook the burgers . You try and see for yourself.

Can you give negative stars? I would if I could. We tried the garlic rib eye sandwich which they show in their pictures as rare roast beef. Ours was SO WELL DONE it was crispy on the edges. It was disgusting. I should never try any of their special sandwiches because they are always subpar but this was by far and away the worst food I have paid for since COVID maybe even further back than that.I definitely will take a LONG vacation from ordering food at Arby's

I went through the drive-through and placed my order, Total amount of my order was 29.78. I had ordered among other items an 8 piece mozzarella cheese sticks , when I got up to the window the young man explained they only sell 4 or 6 not 8 . I requested the 6 piece and was charged accordingly. I ask the employee to please check my order for accuracy because I didn't want to hold up the line. He gave me my order and I drove home. On the way home I opened the bag and realized they had only given me 2 cheese sticks so I turned around and headed back to get my other 4 . When I drove up to the window and explained the young employee was wringing up my order for another 4 mozzarella cheese sticks . I explained again that I had already paid for 6 and was given only 2 so I just needed the 4 that I was shorted. The manager Andy Bush came to the window and said that it was impossible, that they would not have given me only 2. I handed the receipt to him and said " I wouldn't have driven back here if that wasn't the case " He said " you'd be surprised most people are thief's " He told the employee to just give me the 4 cheese sticks , I was handed the bag and decided to park and go into the store to get his full name because he had just called me a thief. Unbelievable!!! Over 4 cheese sticks . I went in and asked for his full name, he provided that. I then asked for the corporate number. He said he didn't have it and if I wanted it I should Google it. I said fine and walked away from the counter. On my way out an employee was sitting at one of the tables and said something to me, I asked her if she knew the corporate number and she shook her head no. The manager then stormed out from behind the counter and approached me in a very aggressive manner, he told me I was not allowed to speak to his employees and to get out or he would have me physically removed. I asked why and said I was just responding to whatever the employee was saying. He stated " because I said so" he then got closer to me physically and told me to leave. I said ok and stated that I would be posting this experience on all social media platforms as well as reporting the incident to the BBB and the corporate office. He told me " good luck with that" I said " well you'll care when I follow through " I left the store and was absolutely terrified because he was so close to me physically that I thought he was going to hit me or grab me and push me out the door. On my way home I called customer service for Arby's and filed a report about the incident. Report ID # 19986719I was told someone would be in touch . I was a total wreck and still am as I recall my experience, all because of 4 cheese sticks !!! Incredible, I myself was a restaurant owner / franchisee for 8 years with Carrabba's. I understand customer service and how you treat people in general including employees. I decided to file a police report because of the incident and exchange with the manager and because I felt threatened physically. Police report number is : AP23-2930.The police officer called me after speaking with the manager Andy Bush and some employees. The police officer said that they claimed I stormed into the store cussing and in an aggressive manner. This is simply not true!! I know all institutions including restaurants have video surveillance, I would encourage your company to pull the video of the incident to confirm my statement. I am not seeking anything from the company nor do I want a gift card etc.... I am reporting this incident because it was unethical and unexpected. Friendly service, but dirty tables, no Arby's sauce in the lobby. My Grand Turkey Club, was not Grand! It was cold, hard bacon and wilted lettuce. I was starving, so ate it, plus I get hangry when I'm hungry, so I didn't want to embarrass my companion by complaining. So I ate the piece of crap! I would avoid this location.

Drove thru Monday night for the Denver Bronco BOGO offer and ordered 2 of the beef and cheddar. The guy at the window was really friendly. The service was fast and I got back home to watch Monday Night Football second half. I'm giving a 4 star this visit and describe the beef and cheddar like biting into a Bridgewater Hail Mary to Sutton for a go-ahead TD with no time remaining on the game clock!

Chris and the crew were wonderful. They fixed my food in a timely manner,didn't have to wait long at all. They were very friendly, another thing I liked was that the store was clean,everything was stocked and organized. I will be visiting again and recommending the store to my family and friends. I used to go to this location very often. Over the last three months every time I would go there, their lobby would be closed. This leaves the option of paying extra prices through door dash etc. While they choose to serve guests through drive thru those who do not drive are treated lesser. A solution is to not allow guests to sit but still enter and order food. Do not eat here.
