I've gotta say...for fast food Arby's joint, they crushed it last night! The cashier was friendly and got our order right. The food came out nice and hot and with a fresh batch of fries. There were only a couple of hiccups. Husband got a Buffalo chicken wrap and the wrap had the texture of a microwaved tortilla, and the Sprite ran out of syrup and tasted weird. They remedied the sprite right away. The cashier was also helping to clean up. The floor was swept, the drink and condiment station was wiped clean, and our booth was free of spills and crumbs. That was a huge surprise.The highlight of the night was when a man walked in who struggled with his speech and the employees were super patient and helped this man order food. They took the time and were kind with him through the whole process. We need more people like this in the world.

I was very disappointed with the quality of food. I paid 22 dollars for a chicken wrap that was not wrapped everything was falling out and the chicken tenders were very hard and old. It was very disappointing. The curly fries were old everything was just cold and hard. It was a very big waste of money. What made me mad was that they told me at the window that they were prepping everything fresh that's why it was taking a minute and I didn't get that. The only reason I came was because Im pregnant and had a craving for that chicken wrap, it did not even satisfy that craving.

Since when does Arby's not take Arby's gift cards? They refused our gift cards to there store and say they no longer except gift cards. They are sooooooo slow and rude we won't be back to this location every again.

I visit this location regularly. When the store first opened the service was excellent. Then there was a giant lapse in lobby quality and customer service. Recently there has been a vast improvement in customer service. Sometimes the quality of the lobby continues to be sub par. The food is and always has been consistent and good.

I went by today and I was really disappointed in this place. The curly fries were so old that they hard. Tasted like they were fried in old grease and had sat under the heat lamp. I'm really disappointed. Then I tried to take the survey online and complain and after putting the information in, it said they were not doing anymore surveys. I was on lunch and could not go back. Waisted money.

I would highly recommend NOT going here unless you are ONLY getting a freeze. We paid $21.40 for 6 chicken tenders (NOT the meal) and a large freeze. The chicken tenders are not even as long as my finger :( If this isn't bad enough, prices are not clearly posted and the price wasn't given until we were at the window. This establishment has truly gone down hill!

I went after church today for lunch I do not do very often because I can't afford to so it's a treat when I do. The manager wasn't there this time I don't know if that matters always it shouldn't but I asked for extra roast beef on a regular which was 2.50 extra that's fine but it didn't have extra roast beef on it instead there was a piece of Swiss cheese my bad for not returning it but I didn't want to be a pain so I just ate it. Also it wasn't hot it was wrapped messy and my curly fries were cold as well and not even full all the way this is my first review on yelp that I have ever done but when I got home I felt like I didn't even have lunch yet usually I'm really full and satisfied very disappointed if this was my first time at this location I know I wouldn't go back but when the manager is there I have always enjoyed my lunch at Arby's. Next time if there is on I will take back my whole meal and ask for another and not just take what I get so that's my fault but very disappointed

We visit this location 1-2 times a month. The service is always friendly and fast. The thing that makes this particular location so great is the manager "Grant"! He is always so friendly and upbeat. Everything runs so smoothly when he is working and he makes us feel like we are valued customers. Grant is my idea of the perfect manager, friendly, happy and very efficient. The food always tastes great and the restaurant follows all of the Covid-19 procedures.
