I loved this wall back by the bathrooms, very nice accent peice that I felt brought a nice touch a class to the Red Hat establishment.

Very different from other Arby's I have been to, very modern look to it.
The always classic, classic roast beef.
Only problem was the lack of shades to he drawn to blowk that sun.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake, get yours while they have them! So good!

Brief update: I always get good service here, although sometimes slow at busy times. Today I tried the Deluxe Burger, which I had been skeptical about but was actually very good; the patty has a good firmness and texture and the dressings are good. They went back to the original recipe for the chicken tenders, which is good because I like that one better.

FIRST ARBYS EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING THANKS TO THIS INCREDIBLE TEAM!! The food was delectable, all elements were delicious and packaged with immense care. Despite not stepping foot in the establish, I feel confident saying this is a great Arby's that serves the community every single day.

Service was off at Lafayette location on 287. The young woman working the window was rude and snarky. The manager had to intervene, he answered my question, said that the young woman was in training. I replied that was fine but kindness was needed and the snarky looks and staring wasn't okay. When I didn't immediately leave, he said I could go and started to shut the window. I said that I wanted my order. He raised his voice and restated what I said and gave me quite a look. I did respond, that I didn't receive my order. The young woman handed me the bag and shut the window. I called out that I didn't have my drink. She opened the window and gave me my drink, glaring at me. . Before I could ask for ketchup, she shut the window. I tried to get her attention and she would t look my way, so another employee had to come over and assist me, apologizing for their behavior. I told her I appreciated it. Whoever the trainee is needs a lot of customer service training, and whoever the manager was should have handled the order and modeled the appropriate customer service skills. Fortunately, the other young lady recognized their poor service and tried to make up for it. Very disappointing.

I wish I didn't have to give this place a star at all. I ordered a sandwich and curly fries this evening and I got about 4 curly fries in the box. I came back later, through the drive thru, to explain what happened and the manager totally ignored me. I then called and the same manger answered the phone but would not speak to me-he talked over me the entire conversation and wouldn't listen to a word I had to say. They had closed a few minutes prior but that doesn't mean he couldn't acknowledge me and listen to what I had to say. He is the most arrogant, pompous, ass I have ever come across. I was a regular, and delivered Grubhub for them, but I will NEVER be back. Why would Arby's hire a manger with absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever?!? I am so upset about the way I was treated, and just completely shocked that a manger would treat a customer this way!! How horrible!!

They've gotten a bit better with actually giving you warm food, but I don't know what's with the staff.The doors say dine-in is open until 10 PM, drive-thru until 11.The doors were locked at 7:30 PM, forcing you to the drive-through for all orders, including mobile pick up.That means if you order via the app you're stuck waiting in the long drive-through line anyway.
