Every table in the place is filthy crumbs all over it. The floor is sticky as hell. Looks like it has been mopped in forever. asked for new fries cause my fries were old. Turns out they gave me the new ones but they overcook them so maybe my old fries were the new fries I can't understand. The horseradish stuff is empty to see how dirty that might be.

Very friendly service! First time trying the Smokehouse Brisket (sandwich) Meal. It was pretty good, but they're not gonna put any BBQ joints out of business, if you know what I mean. I know people who love Curly Fries, but I'm not one of them. What I really like at Arby's is what they've done the longest - their roast beef sandwich, preferably with cheese. Always good.

Been a couple times the last month. Very friendly customer service. Our orders are always accurate. Food is always good. Can't go wrong with curly fries. Yes, probably more expensive than other fast food places but worth it. Cheers!

So I went to the drive thru at 10pm the store says it's open till 10:30pm. We sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before we realized all the employees were sitting out side talking by their cars. I will NEVER go to this arbys again.

I can't believe I gave this place another chance. It was horrible the last time I went but the gyros were always good. Not anymore. I ordered gyros at 9 pm on March 6 2024 and it was rock hard. Inedible. Disgusting. Will never ever go back. I wish Arbys closed and not Wendys. Gross.

Workers are lazy. Cant bring themselves prepare your order properly. Plenty of other food options in there area. Definitely give ANYWHERE else a chance before the crap hole.

Was waiting for awhile at the speaker which is fine but heard "fucker" on the speaker. He panicked and apologized and said it wasn't towards me. Hey I don't mind hating your job but you're not closing for another hour. No reason to be annoyed and if you are then get a new shift or find a new job please. This arbys is always slow and rude. Always seems like younger people that don't really care about their brand or what their doing.

Beware of the old lady at the counter with no upper middle teeth. I'm a Vet that has a hearing problem I asked her to repeat what she was asking me she got irritated then started shouting then making fun so maybe it's her speech that has the problem if she would grow some miracle teeth she might be able to speak correctly. I told her order to go so now she has a hearing problem she got really irritated when she put it on a tray when I said I wanted it to go she really blew she picked up my order and rudely stuffed it in a go bag, the old lady needs to stay home with her cats she does not belong behind the counter anywhere. Curly fries overcook and tough as nails. Sandwich was the only thing edible.

Did an online order hoping it would be faster. No not really, lobby was closed and the drive through was long. To top it off I didn't get everything I ordered. I paid for extra cheese sauce in a cup that I didn't receive. I didn't get any arby sauce or horsey sauce. I give this restaurant a one star.
