COVID-19 reviewThe Corona Virus, or COVID-19, has definitely changed our daily lives, as well as the world. This review will be written on the food that we had delivered, as we did not go inside the restaurant.This review will be written from the drive-through perspective, and not delivery. We ordered our Turkey Ranch & Bacon sandwich, along with curly fries, all through the drive through. The drive through was slow, having to wait about 5-6 minutes for the car in front of us to move forward, after having placed their order. I don't know if they were short staff, but it did seem to take a while.We progressed through the drive through line, and paid for our food. Our food was delivered fresh and hot. The Turkey Ranch & Bacon sandwich was good. It was easily split between the two of us. I really don't have any complaints, except that I was expecting more. My in-laws said they really liked the sandwich, that it was very good. I guess I was ready for more, except that I don't know how you could really do anything else to the sandwich. The curly fries were very goodService was fine here, at the drive through, although it was slow. The employees were very friendly, so that's a plus. Would I go back, I'm not sure. There are other fast food restaurants out there that need our business too. Oh well, it was worth a try.

The person who took our order was Jose.Based on Take-Out and Drive Thru Experience.Purchased these following items :* 1 Cravin' Chicken Sandwich ($3.10) * 1 Small Philly ($4.21)* 1 Jalapeno Bites ($2.89)* 1 Small Curly Fries ($1.59)* 1 Large Curly Fries ($2.19)* 1 Onion Rings ($2.09)* 1 Large Root Beer ($1.99)* 1 Small Root Beer ($1.59)* 1 Apple Turnover ($1.00)With Tax, it cost $22.30.Service was just A-Okay in this instance, the Drive-Thru.It was my first time ordering the Small Philly. It comes with beef, roasted onions peppers, melted Swiss Cheese and Aioli spread. The Small Philly comes on a toasted Philly roll.Hubs opt for the Cravin' Chicken Sandwich. Its crispy, all white-meat chicken breast fillet topped with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato and the Cravin' sauce in which I find it intriguing. Never really been an Arbys fan, not exactly sure why - maybe just not into roast beef sandwiches.We were looking for a late night snack and decided to give Arbys a shot. Overall fast food-erific. Timing was good, staff was nice, and the curly fries were great.

"A fly in my soda!" How discussting is that! I was at Arby's this evening dining in. I was ready to go get a refill for my soda. When ilooked down inside my cup and There was a dead fly. I immediately went to the gentleman that took my order and expressed my concern about the fly in cup! Another lady behind the counter immediately came up and told me that she could replace my soda or give mea refund for the soda. I was so grossed out by the fly. I was unable to finish my dinner. The lady gave me a refund for the soda and that was was all that mattered and how she felt she resolved the problem. I will never go back be cause of what happened. Moreover, as I was gathering my things to leave the gentleman that took my order was diging in the cup that I gave him. I have no idea why. The fly was visible in my cup. I don't feel this situation was handled properly and I threw out the remaining of my food because the thought of how discussting the thought of the fly in my drink. What else could had went wrong that is know of! I feel nauseous from this whole ordeal and I'm very upset. I pray I don't end up sick from this! A minus 5 star raiting for Arby's! I'm so disappointed...

I have to start by saying the staff is really friendly and I like them. They are kind and remember customers, However,I got violently ill on a gyro sandwich. I've had one there before and it was fine, but this one just made me more sick than I've been in years. It was all eventually better once I finally was able to throw up everything, but it really punished me and something has got to be wrong with the quality somehow.

Went to Arby's on Quebec today, 6-2 at 3:40 pm. Guy took my order, when I got to the window he just stood there and stared at me. I asked him if he talked. He said he did. Told him whenever I came there everyone was always friendly. He said he was always friendly. Never cracked a smile. Told me he did not have to take my order because I was rude. Said I was not rude it was just that he was not talking or friendly. Said that he did not have to take my order because I had an attitude. Told him I did not have an attitude, but he really should not be working with the public with his attitude. Took my drink and put it on the counter and said he did not have to take my order because I was rude. Seriously??? Whoever hired this idiot should be fired. He needs to get out of customer service. Was it because I'm a white female?? Who knows. But it took him about 3 minutes to lose my business and I've been going there for years. LOL - not any more!!!!
