When I first started eating my meal I thought it was so delicious and fresh. . Well. . Unfortunately about halfway through my meal I saw a fuzzy on the bread then realized it almost appeared someone wiped the bread on their apron or shirt. Gross. . I couldn't eat anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this Arby's. You don't expect a lot from fast food places anymore. But this Arby's was wonderful across the board. Service was exemplary and the entire restaurant was spotless. Even the atmosphere was pleasant. Highly recommend this location.

Greeted by a skater dud "What to you want". Order the 2 fish sandwiches for $6. Came out fast. Fish was cold and lettuce was wilted. Had to ask three times for my water cup. No napkins had to walk behind the counter and help myself. Half the tables were dirty. No sense of urgency from the three employees.

I live in the area and frequent this arbys. Every single time im there if the female manager isnt rude to me shes busy berating the staff. The food is always quick and fine. But come on. Be pleasant to people, especially these days. Coming from someone who has spent their entire life in the food service industry, i find this attitude appalling. Its so much easier to treat your staff with respect, let alone the customers. Plus if you treat your staff well, they will work harder.

I got the Greek gyro. Food was fresh, veggies crisp, and place was spotless. I was scared to come based on the negative reviews, but honestly I'd come back again. It was great as far as fast food goes!

I go to this location all the time. I often run into Shift manager Stacy. She is the absolute best!! So friendly, so helpful, always makes my day after a long shift at work. If any of you run into shift manager Stacy at this location, just know you will be well taken care of!!

Don't believe that they open at 10am! We've been here several times - weeks apart - at 10:30-10:45 on a Sunday and you can't get food at the drive-thru because the guy is there by himself. This location on S. Parker Rd. has been open way too long to still be having staffing issues, which we understood the first couple of months they were open, but can't fathom now. We end up driving to the Arby's on E. Mississippi, which is more than twice as far for us. However, they're always open at 10, have friendly staff and get the order right. Maybe this location is okay if you want food later, but don't waste your time if you want it before 11. (And, yes, their hours say they open at 10am every day!) :o(
