Hello! First I will start by saying I have been eating Arby's since 1985 (teenager) and yes agreed its fast food but over the years its stayed pretty consistent as far as quality is concerned but I feel the last 5 years they have just went to shit no good sloppy crap ok, now about a year or so ago i tried them again and wow not bad they added a few new items and anyway pretty good , so I just try them again after a few months and friggin terrible , I pull up to the drive thru and they asked if I would like to try the new Prime Rib sandwich and why not sounds great ugh gross , meat was chewy and tough to the point i took a couple bites and gave it to my dog , also got my fav sliders the jalapeño beef sliders which i have had many times since they came out and usually they come in a little box and the slider is soft and steamy with the cheese melted mmmm pretty good but this time no box and no soft little steamy goodness instead it was kinda cold and cheese was hard no melt so not happy again ohhhh and yep you guessed it $17 for a sandwich meal medium sized with 2 sliders so im out no Arby's for me doneeeeee btw they are promoting people to join there app and rewards program hahaahsha sorry can't and won't be joining that Later!!!!

They no longer accept credit cards, CASH ONLY. I thought it was just late at night (hit them up on my way home from work usually around 9pm) but just went during the daytime and yup, same ol same ol spiel about how their credit card machine isn't working right then (I.e. ever). Guess they only operate with cash now. Sketchy AF.

I went to Arby's last week and a police officer had pulled someone over....in the drive thru, blocking the entire line. I parked my car and tried to go into the lobby but they were locked down for the night. A worker there came out to my car, took my order and then brought it out to me. They went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. They also had a great attitude and apologized for the inconvenience.

I was charged for five items and was only given three. When looking at the receipt, it only showed the three items, but I was charged for five. Made it all the way home before I noticed, so I did not go back due to time consumption. Jus seemed kinda shady. I've heard from others that they tend to mess up orders in the drive thru. So maybe going in may be a better experience, but I won't be going back.

i'm tired of seeing all the haters on here, it's literally a fast food establishment what the fu k do u expect sometimes shit takes awhile or it's not the most fresh. anyway .... they always have fresh potato cakes which is the only thing i get from there and they're really nice , sometimes i'll snag a drink, probably a dr pepper and they always get my order right, i'm tired of seeing a two star rating

Friday August 23, 2024 2:49pm I lost my 30 minute lunch break trying to get the two for six deal that was on the window the day before. Anthony who claimed he was acting manager when I asked for the manager was on the drive-thru Mic. He tried to argue me down that they hadn't had that in months and that it was two for seven so I pulled it up on my phone for their location at 84th and Grant Thornton Colorado......... And there it was and he actually tried to argue me down still that I was lying to him I finally just drove through the drive-thru went inside showed it to him then he still tried basically tell me I somehow made it up and was lying I asked for the manager he claimed he was the manager found out later the manager is Aida store #00293 I believe location 84th and Grant Thornton Colorado. Worst service try to talk to you like your stupid when you're showing them their own stuff they don't know their own menu didn't even get to eat lunch that day because how much time wasted arguing with this guy Anthony. Maybe some corporate guy I'll see this and go look at the camera for 249 p.m. on Friday and get rid of this guy before it loses you more business because I was a fairly regular cuz I'm a big guy I eat a lot and I like that two for six and the four for $10 and things like that but because of this to that level of trying to talk to me like that wasting my whole lunch..... I won't be going back!

Terrible slow drive through service. Today they only accepted cash. Rude girl tells you after you wait in line and start to order. I asked for easy ice on coke. By the time she handed it to me there was no ice. I asked if that was what I ordered, she checked and told me it was easy ice but it probably melted. I told you it was slow. She got me a new drink. I pulled away, minutes later I got my straw in and tasted the easy ice DR. PEPPER. Can't believe it was anything other than intentional. Now I remember why I don't like to go to this Arby's.

No one knows their hours. Even employees. Come middle of the day and double check what you're given. If you're coming towards closing, save yourself the trip...9:30pm when their hours show 10:30pm means they'll be dark
