The space is fine. The food was fine. I ordered a turkey gyro and it was good in terms of substance, freshness, temperature, and flavor. Honestly, I did enjoy it. The curly fries though were not fresh, room temperature, and were a bit spongy. Not my favorite experience (especially since I enooy their curly fries a LOT). The space was clean. The bathroom was clean and fully functioning (the paper towel dispenser was broken, but I shared that with the staff and they went to take care of it). They even had some of the staff go around and ask all the customers if everything was good and if they needed anything Overall, it's a good experience. Just a little more care into the food would go a long way.

The service was neither friendly nor welcoming. It was on the edge of rude. Their tone of voice and the way they talk without using please and thank you felt very transactional, not hospitable. The food was good and the order was accurate and complete. We especially liked the lamb Gyros. Speed of service was slower than standard. Both the associate talking through the drive thru speaker and the associate at the window were borderline. Not a good experience overall.

I placed an order for delivery. I did not see anywhere on the app to ask for sauce packets. Could be my fault as it was my first time to order Arby's online for delivery. I called the store to ask them to send sauce. The very polite young woman told me no problem that they would send put sauce in the order. Order arrived and No Sauce packets what so ever. I know it seems like a small thing maybe but this believe or not was a treat for my 89 year old mother and 92 year old dad who have been stuck in assisted living under struck lock down for over a year. They still said that having the Arby's was a treat but it would have been better especially for a 73$ order. Come on really?

The guy at the window forgot to give my card back. We had a big order & he initially forgot some drinks and my daughter was driving. I didn't realize til the next day and the panic of the missing card got tracked back to arbys. My daughter called them and whoever helped her on the phone was really nice she said. Completely different experience for me when I went in to get it. The woman inside literally walked away from me standing at the counter after finishing waiting on people in front of me. The same guy from the day before was in front of me grabbing a bag & putting a sticker on it. No one acknowledged me. Not a hi be right with you or someone will be with you in just a minute. Whatever. When the woman came back over she didn't smile but she did say hi. I told her the guy didn't give me my card yesterday. She went and got it, and handed it to me. No sorry about that, no want a free turnover or drink or anything for having to go out of your way. Starbucks the same day messed up my order and didn't give me food I ordered and they fell all over themselves making it right. They gave me a free coffee card too.The woman at this arbys needs to take customer service lessons from them.

Food was great, they took forever to get to me both at the speaker and the window. I asked them to separate my food as I was dropping someone off and going to work so two bags would've been more convenient to me. The woman at the window scoffed at me and rudely took the bag I was holding back to get another one. Overall, the food is good as ever, but the employees don't seem to care about time.

We went there Tuesday at 5:20 PM. People were eating inside. The doors were locked. There was no sign indicating that they were closed and their drive-through was working. You would think if they were going to close the dining room early they would at least have the decency to put a sign on the window will never eat here again.

So sad . I love the crispy fish sandwich.Stopped at the drive through today. When I got home and bit into it I discovered it had been cooked twice and was rubbery crap. Arby's needs to check management's lack of quality control. I am Guess I g this store will not last long with that lousy treatment of good food.
