The Arapahoe Springs Bar and Grill is a great place to grab a bite to eat by the pool at the Gaylord. Food options are limited, but reasonably priced, especially for the kids. My granddaughter had the Chicken Tenders with Fruit and I had a Cheeseburger and Fries. We ordered, paid and they give you a buzzer so you know when your food is ready. The food seemed to take awhile, but was fresh when it arrived. As others mention, the burgers are well done (but mine was moist) and I love the char broiled taste. The rolls are made fresh in-house and delicious. The fries are batter fried and were crisp (I would have like a bit less salt). My granddaughters fruit cup was fresh and amazing with honey dew, cantaloupe and pine apple. The portion of Chicken Tenders were generous. The breading was flavorful and crispy. Kid's meals are only $10 (no drink included). Brittany, our server, was super friendly and prepared cold drinks for us to sip while we waited. There are plenty of clean tables near the pool to sit and eat. All in all, a perfect little lunch and we didn't have to leave the pool.

The reason I'm giving this spot two stars, is for the lovely service. The folks that work at Arapahoe Springs Bar & Grill were kind and very helpful. But, the food? Not so much. We were at the Gaylord pool area (where this restaurant is located) and smelled the charcoal gristle from a distance & it definitely sparked the mouth watering urge to get a poolside burger! So, we did!The burger was wayyyy over cooked and super dry, the tomato was so sad on the burger (not even fully ripened), and I had to basically drown it in mayonnaise to get any moisture in my mouth. I was so excited to try this burger from all the smells, but it definitely disappointed and I don't foresee myself wanting to order from here again in the future.

The pool was crowded, but that was to be expected since the resort was sold out. Chips & Salsa - chips were light, crispy & the right amount of salt. The salsa was pretty good, too & had the right amount of bite. The Pina Colada was refreshingly sweet, pretty much perfect for poolside to keep you cool.

3.5 stars. My friend and I came here midway through the convention happening at the Gaylord Rockies because we wanted to get away from the crowds. Fortunately it wasn't too busy at the Arapahoe Springs B&G so we ordered at the counter and sat on the lounge furniture nearby. We thought about going into the pool but figured it'd be nicer to catch up while staying dry.I got a burger with fries, and we both shared a pitcher of the frozen strawberry daiquiri. This was pricey as it was, and we debated getting a whole thing for the two of us, but the bartender assured that it wasn't very alcoholic. We should have taken that as a hint to add an extra shot or two, but instead we threw away our money to sobriety and brain freeze. The burger was actually good, though. I like my fries extra salty, but my friend didn't. Guess you can't please everyone. The food comes in a convenient tray so it's easy to eat anywhere outdoors. There were tables to sit at but we were comfortable on the couches. I finished most my food, so that's a good sign. This is probably the one place I'd have the food again but not drinks.

This is a fun place to eat at the pool. During my stay, I had chicken Caesar salad, a turkey wrap, fries & a cheeseburger. All but the cheeseburger were great. The staff was friendly and made great drinks.

Nice little place by the pools. Good for snacks and poolside food. Great frozen piña colada and strawberry drinks. Tried the chicken quesadilla, pretty good, little too much cheese. The fries and Cesar salad were good as well.

My husband and I and family and friends stayed at the Gaylord Rockies hotel over the weekend of Sept 17-19. We all ate lunch at this restaurant on Sat the 18th and the food tasted bad. We all had a variety of dishes. We had 14 in our party, and 7 of us got very sick. 5 adults and 2 kids. Don't eat ate this establishment. Made a complaint to the hotel but nothing was done.
