I have changed my opinion about this place. Ordered curbside pickup using iPhone app. I got a text message saying they knew I had arrived when I got there. They never brought the food out until i called the restaurant from the curbside pickup area 20 minutes later. The young lady brings my food out 20 minutes late and cold. She tells me I need to pay for it. I already paid for it when I ordered it online. I take the cold food and leave. Someone from the restaurant calls me a minute later and accuses me of theft and not paying for the meal. Call the restaurant when I get home and speak to the on duty manager. She says she can see in the computer that I did pay for the meal and asked me to confirm the last 4 of my credit card. She admits that her staff is new and don't know what they are doing. She offered to give me a credit for the cold meal. I asked her to refund the credit card. She agreed to the refund. While I am on the phone dealing with this mess, the dog steals my meal from the kitchen table. Dogs don't mind cold sandwiches and soggy fries it seems. I will never order curbside pickup from Applebees again.

What an absolute sh*t show this place is. We came here for dinner on Sunday night. After a short wait we were seated, it the took over 10 mins for anyone to touch our table. Managers walked by, other servers, the host and still nothing. Finally after the poor girl came by, she's new so I don't blame her I blame management, she took our order. It had taken so long that now our drinks were not on happy hour which isn't a huge deal but annoying. All the while the manager is just standing around without a care in the world. We saw our server maybe 4 times in the 1:30 it took us to get out of that place. Such a horrible experience that I doubt we will be back. If the management is that lazy the servers will follow suit. Waste your money somewhere else!!

This restaurant change does an amazing job honoring veterans on Veterans Day with free meals. So nice to have those who protect our freedom be recognized. The food choices are varied and each is very tasty.

came in at 6 on a monday night. restaurant pretty empty. bar empty. a server came up and said it would be 5 minute wait. then another server said it would be 20 minute wait. we left and gave our business to another restaurant. don't think we will be coming back.

Ambiance: Turn down or turn off that stinking-rotten music! Not inter-generational at all! Feel like I'm in Walmart! Ruins dinner. No idea what dance-party garbage management likes, but patrons do not. YUCK! The majority of your patrons ARE NOT fifteen-year-olds; they're senior citizens. Cripes, elevator music would be a blessing at this point!

I was there yesterday and it was a total disappointment. I ordered the new chicken bacon cheddar crispy sandwich. The waitress brought it out with no bacon and had ranch dressing on it. I told her very politely that it was incorrect and she proceeded to tell me that is how it is made. She asked if I wanted a new one made correctly and I said yes. She brought a new one that was wrong again, it didn't have any bacon on it. She decided to bring me a plate of bacon, classy. Now, this was after we waited 30 minutes after we ordered. It was 3 pm and there was nobody there!! Worst service ever. Waste of time and certainly a waste of money.

The staff was super unpleasant, arrived and had to wait over 30 min for a table that me and my family didn't end up getting. While they sat down people who would walk in multiple times after us. Do not recommend this restaurant to families with a party that has 4 people or more they will not get to you the experience was overall terrible.

Shocked to see this place only got two stars! We come here often, especially during their promotions, and have been for years. It's always good (the pecan butter blondie is ASTOUNDING) and the atmosphere is chill and features a lot of the local high school teams. What really shined this visit however was our waiter!He was very attentive despite being so busy, made sure to accommodate our needs, and even filled up my water over 6 times! Not only that, but after the meal, our car broke down in the parking lot. The second I came back into the restaurant he noticed and immediately came over to ensure everything was alright. Went above and beyond, when two employees helped jump-start my car. Truly so kind and awesome. If you get Harrison, make sure to give him an extra big tip for both the excellent service, and for his kindness!! And thanks to Victor for the jumper cables!!
