Haven't been to Applebee's in years. Surprised it was Happy Hour from 3-6pm & 9-close daily. 1/2 off all apps. We sat in the bar area, our server was new and very friendly. The food was good and enjoyed watching all the TV's. Have to come back for the daily specials.

Knowing we weren't coming here for a gourmet meal, we didn't really have the bar set too high. When we walked in and immediately heard a waiter apologize again for a family's experience, perhaps we should've lowered it even more.We were seated before long, but then we waited a long time for our waiter to come talk to us. So long in fact that we had our entire order ready to go when he arrived.My wife had the 8 oz sirloin, and I had the Bourbon Street Steak, which is basically the same thing, but with a garlicky butter sauce, mushrooms, and onions. In the pic, it looked really good. Drinks came out relatively fast, and our food came out not too long after. I'm not sure if the location is to blame or those in charge of photography for the menu should get lots of credit, but our meals didn't look like the photos. Nothing like the photos. I guess my wife's broccoli did, but that was it. If my steak had a rich garlicky sauce on it, you couldn't tell, and had I known the garlic mashed potatoes would look like something from an elementary school cafeteria as opposed to what the menu showed, I wouldn't have gotten them.My wife liked her steak, but mine had no flavor, I didn't care for the mashed potatoes either. I'm guessing we'll come back and both get the 8 Oz sirloin, especially by adding salads and getting both for $32. Her broccoli was good, so I'll get that and see if I can swap the mashed potatoes for something else.Service wasn't great, but it sounds like they were understaffed. We asked for refills during the meal, but then the waiter started helping others and clearly forgot about us. By the time we flagged him down, we were done with our dinners. Definitely could've used those drinks 10-15 mins sooner. I know it's Applebees, but I'm not sure if the eating in the neighborhood was anything to brag about tonight.

Once again this place never fails me! This is my favorite Applebees! I love this location and how they always come through with amazing hot and fresh food! Other Applebees are always out of something on their menu but not this location! They always have what I want and the service is amazing and the atmosphere is perfect!

Came back to taste riblets and sirloin steak at this famous chain. They all were delicious. The riblets were nicely coated with bbq sauce and accompanied with tasty fries. Great service from the staff. Will come back

It's very reasonably priced and the staff were both excellent and professional the entire time. There's plenty of TVs and the staff were happy to change the sport showing. The food is average but it's served very fast and for the price I'm not complaining. We also got some free movie tickets. Happy to come back.

God bless Applebees for their Veterans day free meals, The service was respectful, friendly and efficient. The Meal was nice, i got a small Sirloin steak, with mashed potatoes and broccoli, felt like a real home cooked meal. This location seems to be organized, well managed, and well staffed, even as packed as they were, we got our meals on time.

Worst experience. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was COATED in breading so hard and chunky it was gross. It was also so soggy on the bottom and the chicken had zero flavor. The bread tasted like cardboard as well. To top this great experience off our server didn't check in with us when we got our food and didn't return for another 20 minutes so I couldn't even tell her how bad it was so I could order something else. She offered me a box and I said no because the food was "very much not good" she said she was sorry and I still had to pay full price!!!!!!! Come onnnn Applebees, really?
