Kiara! Kiara! Kiara! The best service interaction I have experienced in such a long time. I originally would have given 3 stars but Kiara saved the day! She is fun, gives suggestions, timely and courteous. I would come back just to experience her personality again.Host stand needs work. They had about 30 people waiting to be seated when several tables (6 seaters and such) sit empty and stating there is a 20 min wait or more.My burger was a bit salty (special- bourbon/mushroom/swiss). My friends got the chicken, sausage pasta dish and loved it. Pricing is very fair!

I have been going to this Applebees location for years. I typically sit at the bar because then I know I'll get great service. Sometimes sititng at a table in the dining area the service is hit or miss. The bartenders are always on it and you never go with an empty drink. B is one of my favs there. She has a great attitude and quick with drinks and food orders. My go to is the fiesta lime chicken. I can drink the sauce they put on top of the chicken. It has the best tangy flavor and goes so well with the cheese topped chicken breast, wonton strips and pico. They are come together for a great bite. We like to go during football games because they have the large screens in front of the bar however the one bad thing is they aren't allowed to have sound. Wish they could change that. Otherwise, fun place to go for some good food.

Sigh, Applebee's is not the magical place I once thought it was. Ok, lets backtrack, I worked at an Applebee's in college so I'm fairly familiar with the place but really haven't been back since then (spoiler alert, In Da Club was just coming out then!) Now let's hop back to current times. We had a gift card, they had $.50 boneless wings so we came here for dinner one night and hoped for the best. There was a wait.....on a Wednesday night.....huh? That gave us a little hope though, if this many people were waiting for Applebee's, it had to be a great experience right?Welllll.....we ended up not waiting and sat at the bar instead. There was one bartender and seats opened but none of the spots had been pre bussed so lots of places we couldn't sit. We got a seat, waited for the bartender (who seemed slammed) and ordered. We just went with water and wings but honestly I should have ordered a shot to bring me some patience with this place. The bartender was friendly but busy, the manager was walking around but didn't seem to be helping the staff that much. A guy at the bar ordered a steak, had a few bites, said it wasn't good and then he got his bill and paid (with lack of concern from staff) and patrons sitting in the high tops had to walk over for refills because the server was nowhere to be found, it was a hot mess.The wings were good for a free meal. I ate mine up, my husband couldn't even cut into a couple since they were too tough so that was a let down. We used the rest of the money we had on the gift card for tip and then left. Sorry Applebee's, like low rise jeans, you are a thing I'm going to leave in the past.

Food is as to be expected as Applebee's has pretty good standardized food. The only downside to this location is there is sometimes a long wait - not because they're busy but because they're understaffed. However , once seated service is pretty good. The curb-side service sucks. If you order is to pick up, you will either have to go inside to pick up or call them from your car as the staff never knows or checks to see if you're there.

UPDATE:I came back because my son brought be here for Mother's Day (on tuesday) .The hostess couldn't sit us where we wanted to sit for some reason and it took about 10 minutes before someone asked what we wanted to drink . I will no longer come here or order from this place, not only because of this experience or the past. first time in over 20 years their riblets tasted like ass!I've been coming here for as long as I could remember & unfortunately this might be my LAST time! We got sat, waited 20 minutes without a SINGLE PERSON coming to our table! There were at LEAST 2 other parties that got sat AFTER us that already had drinks and ordered!
