Anthony's Pizza and Pasta

The pizza here was very good worth going back for but the girl working the register was just plain rude. She rolled her eyes at us from the start of our order when we asked a question since it was our first time there. She is not worth going back for lol but i will give the pizza another go when back in Denver. Stars are for the pizza only!

I've been going to (downtown) since 1987! This location is great because the staff is personable and lad back! A the bartender is nice, efficient and knowledgeable. The pizza is great and @$3 a slice on Sunday you can't go wrong! I am a connoisseur of kids meals when I can get away with it! The kids Mac & cheese meal is perfect for me! The drawback is the bar holds 5-6 patrons and since a nearby placed closed the "regulars" at Anthony's makes you wish the bar was larger! Anthony's fits the bill right now, and so we go!! MJP.s. one small issue is the restrooms!!

I'm giving them 4 stars because 2.5 is just too harsh. I went it for a quick meal, got two slices of pizza a salad and a beer. Everything was pretty good, wait wasn't long, walked up not knowing the menu and the guy at the register was helpful and friendly. I got the mediterranean salad, two slices of pepperoni pizza (they were huge) one would have been fine. Washed that down with a pint of local IPA. The pizza is NY style, thin crust. Dave Portnoy would give them a 7.2, I assume. Could it be better? Sure, was it decent? It sure was. Negatives powdered Parmesan is for to go orders only, that's it. Put some shredded on your salads. Hopefully the 4 stars lifts them out of the 2.5. Cheers

I thought this place was good....slice of fresh pizza and salad. It's Denver so don't expect NY. But for me the place is fine and I'll be back.

Before ordering on their kiosk which asks for a tip for you placing your own order and having to grab your own cups, make sure the soda machine actually has the syrups loaded so you aren't just getting fizzy water.

Idk why this place has poor reviews. I really enjoyed their pizza. Their large can easily fill 3 people and it's solid New York style pizza!

I've driven past this place so many times and never tried it. Doesn't have a very good reputation. We ordered an 18 inch double pepperoni cooked well done. Not only did we get ripped off on the cost of the "extra" pepperoni, it wasn't even what you'd expect on a regular pepperoni. The pizza wasn't cooked well done as requested, it was undercooked. The marinara and dough is bland! With a name like Anthony's we expected great Italian flavors and seasonings. Our perception of a place like this would be that it's better than Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Dominos. It's not. I'd put it in the same category as a Chucky Cheese or Little Caesar pizza. Below average and so many better options. Another one and done place for us!

After a few bad experiences at MOD pizza I realize I should actually give credit where credit is due. We always order a slice or cheese or pepperoni to go for kids at least 1-2x a month. Slices are huge, it takes 5 minutes max and they are always cooked great. Not sure on why they have a lower average rating but I've had nothing but great experiences.

The service was great very nice people but the food was very disappointing this was my first time going here my son and I ordered pizza and it was burnt and dry my son also ordered a fettuccine Alfredo and it was flavorless do not recommend.

I had ordered delivery, and after an hour after getting notified that the food was ready and being delivered, it had never left the store. I called, and was told that there was no driver yet. So the food was just sitting there. Why not contact the customer and let me know? Not the only issues the last couple orders. I'm done with this location.
