Unfortunately, management has set this team up for failure. There are no systems in place ,so wait staff is running around like chickens with their heads cutoff. With no hosts/hostesses the servers can't keep up with who is where and when they arrived, etc. The food and drinks are fine, but please, help your staff be successful. We waited too long, and they are the ones who get the brunt of the frustration. There is a huge opportunity for this to be an amazing place to go, but management clearly does not care about quality, service, or customer satisfaction.
