Adrianna's is consistently excellent! Trish is an amazing waitress, always pleasant even when very busy...(Actually all of the wait staff, from the owner o down, are always friendly and personable). The food is consistently excellent. The ocho on the dinner menu (picoso, por favor) is an absolute fave...but I'll occasionally surprise myself with a chimi or other, excellent, entree.Highly recommend!!!

Consistently 5-star service! This charming, colorful Mexican favorite has become a go-to spot for us. We love this family-owned restaurant in Franktown and the wonderful people who run it. The food is always fresh and reliably delicious, whether we're dining in or bringing guests. For the past seven years, we've stopped by for takeout or a sit-down meal at least once every three weeks. Highly recommend to anyone looking to support a fantastic small family business!

So yummy for dinner. I'm always a fan. And the servers are friendly. Just be aware that there could be a wait for a table. Order your take out if you can't wait. Call ahead. Or head over early so you're not in the dinner rush.

Came in for a quick lunch and I must say the food was amazing and very authentic, being that I'm from Texas that says a lot. My server Julian was the best, very personable, courteous, and extremely attentive, not to mention very prompt to all my needs and requests. The ambiance was pretty awesome, all they need now is a bigger place to pack'm all in! Will definitely be a return customer! Highly recommend!

First, let me say that we've been here many times, and while the service is often somewhat hit or miss, the food is usually top notch....and to us, it's pretty much the consensus top TexMex food anywhere in these parts. Well, even if the food had been to its usual high standard, which it wasn't, I'm pretty sure it still couldn't have saved this disastrous experience. Also, had this been our first time here, 1) we would've walked out before our food came, and 2) there's no way in the world we'd be back. The first sign something was amiss were the people waiting in the front entry to be seated even though half the tables were empty...and those empty tables hadn't been bussed and were covered with dirty dishes. The second sign were the multiple people coming inside from the outdoor seating with credit card machines in hand looking to close their tickets. The third was the customer bussing her own outdoor table by carrying a stack of dirty dishes back inside to hand to an employee. Yes, at this point, we should've gotten the drift and turned around to leave. Unfortunately, there just aren't any other restaurants nearby, so unless we were going back to Castle Rock, we were kind of stuck.Anyhoo, we're told we'll be seated in just a minute (as soon as they can clean some tables), but it took a good 15 minutes before three tables were cleaned, and us and two other parties were seated. From there, we got our menus and waited...and waited...and waited some more. As it turns out, a party seated after us ended up getting greeted and ordered their drinks before we did. Eventually, the ranking female employee saw I was getting irritated and came to take our drink order. She's not our actual wait person, but they'll be with us soon. Ok, fine. Eventually, our waiter shows up, takes our order, which was pretty easy, because we all basically got the same fajita order, and he turns and leaves. We get our drinks and our one basket of chips. Hopefully you don't want more of either, because they're not coming back to see you nor bringing more chips, but if they ever you do, you're paying $5 for another basket. Again, what Mexican restaurant charges for more chips and salsa?!?! That's always been one of our biggest gripes here. Luckily, there's plenty of time for more gripes, because we wait a good 30-45 mins for our food....maybe longer. It seems like time stopped. Now, to be fair, the three employees out front and the two in the kitchen, are running around nonstop, but they're clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. They can't quite make up their minds whether they should try to serve the people seated vs. clear more tables to seat the group that is always by the front door or package the to-go orders for those people showing up. They have no problems making and serving cocktails, but if you're not drinking alcohol, they won't come talk to you. From the time we ordered, our waiter passed by more times than I could count, but he never made eye contact, and he never checked on us, refilled our drinks, apologized for the actual trainwreck we were experiencing or anything else until right before our food was coming out. Then he refilled our drinks. After we asked. We got our side dishes of rice and tortillas....and then we waited some more....so long that we had to start eating our rice before it got cold, which it eventually did. Fajitas came out, and while it's a huge order, they weren't as good as usual. Chicken was good; beef was just fair. Again, nobody comes by during the meal to check on us until one time we flag the waiter down for another drink. We overhear one of the waitstaff say something to another customer along the lines of, "Oh, you think this is bad? You should've been here for lunch. Customers were helping to bus tables and going into the back to get chips and salsa for them and others." Seriously? At the point you can't adequately wait on your customers, you should either stop seating people until you can catch up or you should close for that service. I don't know if they were short staffed on the holiday weekend and/or if it was because Adriana herself wasn't there because she was at the 'other' location that recently opened up, but I would have to think she'd be embarrassed by this experience. The way it was all handled or not handled in this case made it worse. Poor service will happen, but how management takes care of it can fix a lot of the issues. If the kitchen staff can't keep up, make sure drinks are full, give more chips and salsa without charging for it, and most of all, apologize, apologize, apologize, which we never got. They seemed to laugh it off while they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. "Can you believe how crazy this is?!!" Um, yes, yes we can. There is probably so much more to add here but I can't even think of it at the moment.I'm sure we'll be back again at some point, but it'll be a while. I just can't justify coming here again soon.

My husband and I and 2 friends visited Adriana's today for the first time.We had a delightful experience!! It was a quaint, inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed our lunch on the screened-in porch. We had been told by others that the food was great and we totally agreed. The restaurant was very busy, yet our Server, Susie, was very friendly, quick to attend to us, and very gracious in helping us decide on our entrees. We highly recommend Adriana's and anticipate frequenting this restaurant often in the future.
