This is actually my go to place if I need a quick Ethiopian fix. It's 5 minutes from where I live and consistent during lunch hours. It's tucked in a small strip mall and the inside isn't the best but the food comforts me. I usually get the meat and veggies combo and each time the tibs and mean come out tender and the lentils flavorful. Service is middle of the road but the workers are nice. I've never had issues with the flavor of the food and I find their beef tibs to be one of the best in the area. If you're looking for a new Ethiopian restaurant to try, this place isn't bad and for the price you pay, you get a good amount of food. Their injera is also one of my favorites in Denver.

This place is a complete Rip off1. Extremely small portions like your feeding a bird2. Extremely expensive3. $30.00 for a small portion of meat that was half empty with a bunch of onions, a few bell peppers and sponge like bread that taste horrible.4. Barely any menu options.5. Customer service is horrible.I have been to several Ethiopian places before and when you order the meat, it has no vegetables, no potatoes, nothing fulfilling as other places on Colfax do have more fulfilling choices. literally spent $30 on two pieces of bread and a half a plate of meat with onions that's it.Will never eat here again it's not worth it. I would think twice for anybody who wants to eat here. I would give no stars if I could.

Came here with my husband for lunch. I was craving chicken wot . Place was empty and a young woman was working. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and at least 45 minutes to get food let alone being acknowledged. When food arrived it was delicious but having any service it was almost absolute. I understand different cultures and countries however dining in was unbearable. Maybe ordering a couple hours before hand would work? So bummed.

This place is good you just gotta know what to order. We usually get the shiro and the quanta fir fir as well as a few orders of sambusa. It hits the spot ! The service depends on the timing - when it's busy it may take longer because they're making a lot of the food fresh. As someone who grew up in Ethiopian culture I love the music and chill atmosphere and tvs, feels very cozy. The staff is friendly and courteous, and like in our culture they're hospitable and make sure customers have what they need and like the food. The only reason I give four stars is I don't love everything on the menu. My honest opinion is that I wouldn't get the veggie combo here (better at megenagna) just the shiro and maybe the fasolia and carrot). I haven't tried their tibs yet so maybe that'll be next, but the quanta and shifenfen is pretty good (just heavy and a bit oily so better to share and get with a veggie dish)!

Ethiopian food is my absolute fave and one of the reasons I was excited to move back to Denver, as there is no shortage of great Ethiopian eats in the 303. Amid this COVID era, I was excited to find that Addis Ababa delivers to me. We've ordered it twice so far and have had very solid experiences. At any Ethiopian restaurant, I tend to go for the veggie and meat combos, as I really do love everything on the menu and this is a solid way to try it all. If I had to play favorites, I'd say that the kik alicha (split yellow peas), atakilt wot (cabbage, carrots, and potatoes), split red lentils, and beef tibs are the offerings you have to fight me for. One veggie plus one meat combo is enough for my husband and I to end up more than full. We usually start with vegetable sambusas as well. It all ends up around $40 which is a good deal in my book. I would definitely love to check out this restaurant IRL once the pandemic is behind us but for now, I'm thankful I can get their tasty eats delivered right to me!

Don't do it to yourself! Horrible business, food sucks, and service is horrible. Ask yourself how bad do you have to be to get kicked off of all the delivery services (uber eats, door dash, grub hub)That's how bad this place is. It's always slow and they damn near make you bring your birth certificate to pick up your food. Foods never ready on time.

Food disappointing, staff more interested in a soccer TV event. No need to return. Was hoping for a Food adventure with information from another Havana Street choice.

Delicious food understand if your coming here this food is cooked fresh so there may be a wait if you want fresh cooked food then a wait should be expected great flavor great seasoning If you think the portions look small wait until you start eating you will get full fast we got the veggie combo and the Dora wot it was plenty for our family of 4 we could not even finish it delicious and authentic and I like that we can dine in peace with little interruptions give it a try and be realistic with your expectations of fresh Ethiopian food and you will love it
