THIS IS The BEST KFC EVER!!!! I was in the mood for KFC on new years and this KFC is the goat ! Go to this KFC.Good food, nice employees, clean floors.

Open up the lobby at let people come in your store and eat. I am tired for eating me my car I want places to open the inside.

So this is the second time I've been here for lunch during the week. As I work close to this location and am limited on how much I have for lunch I usually brown bag it. But today I had to go out because the power has been turned off du to demo reasons. Anyway theres quite a few selections ofplsces to pick up lunch in theaea and I chose to gamble on this one. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the drive thru went and the courtesy of the employee taking my order. When I got back to work my meal still hot and i enjoyed my lunch. The price for my combo meal even being upgraded tona large was still under $10.It wasn't the value menu like other places but I really didnt ind paying the money for the quality of my meal.

They counter help Eric was awesome. We were a party of 5 with coupons and undecided people in our group. His help was friendly and courtesy. We REALLY enjoyed the music choice while we ate. K- Love! They said they do not honor the cookie check in coupon. The manager said 'its only a cookie' and honored it anyway, but forgot to put in with my order. We really liked having the frosted glasses for our drinks. Because Erick was so awesome- we give a blind eye to stained ceiling tiles, no air, and no cookie. The bathrooms were very clean. Burgers & fries were good.

Hot fresh fries friendly service and my food tasted good! It has a KFC attached but I got the bacon cheeseburger . Right off Sante Fe and Bellview.

Can't even get an order right. Three guys standing around talking. Ordered a chili cheese hot dog with chili cheese fries. Didn't think they would mess it up. Came home and found a hamburger and fries. I don't care if you socialize, just get the order right. If you miss one thing then I really don't care but this is a huge difference. This is a simple job. I'm normally don't care. I work with customer so I know not to be rude to people. Never had a problem with this place before.

Every time we try this place which is every few months or so, I swear it just gets worse and worse. Tonight I went through the DRIVE THRU and was directed to pull around to front and wait for my order. 10 minutes into waiting I go inside and the guy who took my order is on a break, and the rest of the crew hadn't even started on my order. 30 min later of waiting in the lobby, I am finally walking out with my food and when I get home, everything is cold and thrown together. I live across the street, why is my food cold when I just received it and I literally went from here to there? Absolutely awful customer service and worse on food quality. We will never be trying this place again.

We were really looking forward to it but the service and food was horrible!! They got the order wrong, I mean how can you screw up a chili dog with mustard and onion? They forgot the cheese on both and added mayo instead of mustard?? I asked for lettuce and tomato's and nothing!! How is it that you want $20/hr when you can't get a simple order right?

I was driving around and felt like a burger and a good root beer so I decided to stop by and got two custom orders and they got both right. The staff was also super friendly.

The food is always great, however I went into the lobby to eat and I have to say that their lobby is absolutely disgusting. The bottom of my shoes are all sticky now due to soda spilled on the ground. My food took forever, the employees seem to be overworked and unfriendly. I do blame the management overall for the shape of this lobby because they are likely understaffed which tells me poor management, low pay and sparse benefits. Note to management: hire more employees, hire skilled employees, and pay them a fair wage.
