A&W

My weakness is a fast food burger and I thought I'd try something different today. The drive through service was awesome and I was served quickly.... The fries were ok, but the burger was pretty horrible. I think they may use cheese whiz type cheese. Not good. To top it off, the lid for the soda wasn't secured and it all spilled. I hope they improve but will probably stick to my usual spots. But I will have to say, it was really nice seeing a pleasant and attentive face at the window.

After 13 minutes they tell us they never put our order in. If I was not starving I would of had them just give me back my money.Go anywhere else but here. Not clean and poorly run. Cachier was new with no one helping him.

I don't usually do fast food reviews but stay away from this location unless you are desperate. This is an A&W and KFC in one. We did the A&W food but it's a combination restaurant. We were overcharged for root beer floats which are 2 bucks for any size. When I brought it to cashiers attention...she said she didn't charge for the second one...she shouldn't bc we had a bogo coupon. We were only ones in whole store and our orders were wrong, and we overpaid with out coupon. Hubby ordered double bacon burger and he got papa burger instead. She only handed him the burger but not rest of order. My coney dog was a hot mess. Even if our meals were free, the rude customer service and the lack of caring makes me understand why this place is always empty. Will not be returning here and even with their promotions not worth it bc they can't get simple orders right. We waited over 20 minutes for our food when there was no one in front of us...and food was not correct or tasty.

Was in there, and we had ordered 3 of the combo meals. Waited 40 minutes for 1 piece on one of the meals. The one piece we waited on was the only piece that was hot. Everything else was cold. Wouldn't have really noticed if it wasn't for the large families behind us getting their orders before ours. Got my refund and never eating at any KFC ever again.

Their service kind of sucked.. and the food did too but I think that was KFC's fault.

1:20 this afternoon, wanted a medium cheese curds. Looked at drive-thru line, seemed to be multi-directional, so parked to go inside. Discovered the doors were locked. Got back in car to try the drive-thru line again. Two cars ended up pulling out of the line. Moved up behind truck. Waited. Waited. Waited. Decided to park again to see if I could figure out what was going on. Truck moved forward. Got back in the drive thru line, pulled up to speaker. Waited. Waited. Figured the speaker must be broken. Pulled up behind truck, driver was being handed drink. Truck leaves, I pull up to window. Waited. Young woman comes to window and asks me "Did you order?" I said, "No, no one ever came on the speaker. Can I get a medium cheese curds, please?" She said "You have to order at the speaker." I asked "Why?" She said, "Because it's on a timer. And there's only two people working here and we're trying to catch up." I asked, "Well, can you make a medium cheese curds?" She said "Yes. But you have to order from the speaker." I'm here with cash in my hand, and I am incredulous by this point. I said, "Are you seriously telling me I have to drive around the building and go back and wait at the speaker?" She said "Yes." I chuckled, and started pulling forward, and she called out "F*ck you."So I called back "F*ck YOU" and I left because I don't want spit curds today.

Hello, sometimes when seeking a meal during lunch , I would go to one of the fast food restaurants locally because I didn't have a lot of time to spare. I realize it is fast food and I am not expecting anything with nutritional or gourmet style quality. On May 20th, I arrived at the A & W to an uninspired depressed clerk requesting my order. I drove up to the window to pay and accept my combo meal of a burger, onion rings, and a drink. First , I received my drink and then a bag from an uncommunicative expressionless clerk who handed over a bag of food and then closed the window and then I proceeded to leave. I opened my bag before departing and I noticed a hamburger haphazardly wrapped exposing the burger and no onion rings. I proceeded to go inside requesting a refund and he stated that I would not be able to receive a refund and that he will cook my onion rings. I decided to leave and have no plans to ever return. Generally, I got a sense from the workers that they had no desire to be there and the product they provided was of no importance to them.

I went here yesterday and got the greatest service I have ever received at a Fast Food restaurant. The staff triple checked my order and were some of the most friendly employees I've ever had the pleasure of getting served by. These guys deserve all the raises, best experience!
