Don't bother showing up when they open. They won't have food for another hour after that.

I would give three and a half, but I'm not sure I can go as high as four.Sorry we didn't take pix. We each got the A1 with fries. The burgers were put together nicely and they didn't fall apart at first bite. The food was pretty good. My main concern, which is in other reviews, is the cleanliness of the dinning room. When we got there it wasn't super busy. Someone could have been wiping down tables, making the drunk are not full of spilled soda to the point you didn't really want to touch anything. It wasn't "horrible", but it wasn't good. I kinda fear what the restrooms look like. But, as I said, food was good. I saw a couple get root beer flats in chilled glass mugs! Pretty cool!

We were able to order very quickly but then they had us pull to the side until our food was ready. 2 other people ordered and pulled up next to our car, then were given their food before us. We ended up waiting for about 15 minutes before they brought it out. This is the second or third time we've been here and we've had issues each time. To top it off the food wasn't even good and it was made so sloppy and messy. Ugh!

2 in the afternoon. Nobody in the restaurant. Nobody in drive through. As usual, every table is dirty to a different extent. Employees too busy doing... what exactly? I see some on their phones. A couple smoking by the drive-thru.We ordered 4 root beer floats. It's literally been 11 minutes so far and we've gotten 2 of them. I wish this weren't typical; it's typical. We live so close that the kids beg to walk here sometimes, but I dread it every time.Last time I came to carry-out a dinner, just a bucket of chicken and some sides, I waited over 40 minutes. Longer than it would take for a real restaurant to cook, serve, and clean up a proper meal. I don't understand it. TIP: Never opt to walk in if you can drive though, they prioritize the cars to an extent that you may well never be served inside.Edit, it's now been 16 minutes........Edit, it's now been 23 minutes.........Just occurred to me - if they're this bad about cleaning the tables I can't imagine how long it's been since they disinfected that soft serve machine. HmmP.S. I used to work in fast food in the 90s, middle of Boulder, when I was 14 and 15. I'm not a service snob, I don't consider my expectations unreasonably high. But it seems it's been many years since a manager here had expectations at all.

By far the slowest place ever. 2nd car in drivethru and waited over 20 minutes for a $5 meal. Rude service too.

i asked for ketchup and they said they were out and I was like ok then in my bag I saw a red packet and i thought yay kechup but no it was hot sauce my mouth was burning thanks to those little triksters

I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. Food was fast and service members were kind and helpful. Really good fries, solid burger, and best root beer out there. It's combined with a KFC so there's no reason to go inside. (Sadly not many stand alone A&W's out there anymore. I think maybe two in CO.) I don't know why everyone's saying it's over priced, welcome to the world of inflation. I got a bacon cheeseburger meal and it was ten dollars; cheaper than the last time I went to McDonalds. My only real complaint would be that there were a ton of onions on my burger, but its kinda hard to complain about having TOO much of a topping; just take it off. Worth going but maybe stick to the drive-thru!

Skip this place. We stood at the counter waiting to order and the staff ignored us. Walked out and went some place else.

Can't compete with McDonald's, et al. No deals, expensive, burger super thin at 1/8", bacon salty, infinite cheap lettuce. No napkin. Losers.
