2 Salty Sarges

2 Salty Sarges were spot on! Their food was delicious as promised. Spicy Cluck Sandwich with Cajun fries and the Pulled Pork Fries. Wish I had taken pictures. Caught them at Living the Dream Brewery for an early dinner. I'll be looking for them again.

I must admit, when I initially browsed the menu for 2 Salty Sarges I wasn't expecting much, but damn was I wrong! They serve ups some delicious traditional food truck items.First and foremost, love the owners! Super fun to chat with and really passionate about what they do. The Cluck-Off was delicious! How can you go wrong with crispy fried spicy chicken breast on a bolillo roll with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and garlic aioli. Trick question, you can't. The sammie was wonderfully spicy and the fries had a super tasty seasoning on them. I paired this with the Kelsey Montague peach wheat from Danico Brewing, and it was divine. I'm a sweet heat kinda girl and this pairing definitely fit the bill. I really wanted to grab an order of the fried pickles, but alas they were out. So that will just have to wait for next time. 2 Salty Sarges was an excellent food truck experience and I can't wait to nosh on more, especially those fried pickles! When the food menu for this place says gourmet, they mean it! All of the ingredients are quality, and come with a side of fries. This was such a relief as more food trucks charge additionally for a side of fries. We ordered the hot dog and Po'boy. The food was enough to fill you up. Very satisfied

Good fresh food and the owners are very nice! I had the pulled pork sandwich with the two types of bbq sauce and it was really good. The meat was moist and flavorful.

Found these guys serving at Copper Kettle the other day. My friends and I grabbed a couple items and everything was amazing! Apparently all the sauces are home made and you can definitely taste it. I'm a vegetarian and they even made some special smothered fries that were fire! Definitely order as much as you can if you're lucky enough to find them.

I was really looking forward to trying the food. Im a vet myself and I saw them and thought it was so cool. I went up and before I even got up one of the guys was very rude and kept yelling at me they are all sold out and we're just extremely rude about the whole thing. just because if that they lost a customer.

Great food! Great service, and the owners of the food truck come around to check on you to make sure the food is to your liking. I can't wait to have their food again.

We ate here when they were up at the southlands club house. Pulled pork is on point! We had it with the nachos- yum. The homemade chips were a delicious touch. Sauces have amazing flavor. We also got an order of the fried pickles (as they are my favorite), and they did not disappoint! I am very much looking forward to trying other things in the menu. Burger is probably next!
