We drove an hour to get here, planned dessert first since they don't open till 9pm, arrived 20-30 mins after opening, waited in the cold for 2 hours, had to smell the smoke of all the people outside of the bar that the line goes along.. and they ran out once it got to our turn. They gave us a "25% off" handwritten note on a sticky pad to return. Yeah won't be doing that again, just will go somewhere we can actually get food. Letting you know the reality of what you can expect right now.

Best burger in Seattle by far! The smash burger paired with their secret special sauce is a must-try. The burger is simple yet perfect - it's juicy, flavorful and that patty is crust goals. Pro tip: Go for the double; ordering a single will inevitably lead to a second trip! Quick service and friendly, enthusiastic staff - it's obvious they love what they do. Overall, if you're craving a good smash burger, this is the place to go.

Stop by Fridays for the evenings special burger and you will not be disappointed. If you arrive prior to the required cover charge at Rhein House you can sit around the outdoor fire pit or the tables with overhead heaters. Plus you can enjoy a beverage from the Rhein House bar! (Shout out to Jeremy for supporting new business owners and letting them use your space!) I have had burgers from several capital hill restaurants (Red Cow, Taurus Ox, Oddfellows and El Gaucho (though technically that is downtown) and the Atlas Burger surpassed them all. Make sure to arrive early before the special sells out. Can't wait to return soon!

Atlas Burger is an absolute gem of a burger stand! From the moment I walked up to the counter, I knew I was in for a treat.
