Waited almost 2hrs. Got home completely wrong order and they don't answer the phone! Unbelievable. All lemon pepper instead of mixed.

Update!!! The ATL we know and loved is back! If you abandoned this location like we did, go back and give them another shot. We basically followed ATL from the beginning. From chandler to queen creek. To laveen to Mesa. And now surprise. We didn't care for the first experience at this location so stopped going. But we were thrilled to see the previous owners from the other locations out here. Everything was great and will be adding them back in our rotation! Thanks guys! Welcome to the west valley!

First off, I'm really unsure why this restaurant has only 3.5 stars. I recently moved here from the foodie city of Portland and let me say this....ATL wing is SO good.The gentleman that's always there is so kind along with everyone else. Just good people all around. The music is always good and when I was in last they had the football game on. I know there's a lot of people that would love that. I get the lemon pepper wing a but on my last visit I ordered the spicy sweet red and oh my gosh! So delicious. It's not crazy spicy but the flavor is great. The fries are always fresh. I personally love the Cajun fries and the ranch is everything. I love that they have kool aid. Some many not but I do. We will continue coming back and supporting them. Good people and good food. Out of soda fizz, out of ice tea, out of blue koolaid. Been waiting 25 minutes for my boneless wings and there's only one order in front of me. People are waiting to order at the register and no one is there. I really wish I would have gone elsewhere. Nothing like the ATL in Flagstaff which I love.

I cant recommend or talk about this place enough. I don't believe we've been here since the new management but this had to have been the best time I've gotten wings ever. The wings were crispy and well cooked. Sauced super properly and they followed special instructions easily. Glad I came by today and will look forward to the next time. Their app is pretty nice too. Great place to support. The frys are also very well seasoned and a great portion.

The food is always top tier! The best wings & their cajun fries are amazing!! the Koolaid also TOP TIER!! The service is always great, sometimes people can be a little emotionless and you can tell they are just doing their jobs but it's never bad service! Most of the time the service is great! Their store is always clean and tidy. bathrooms are nice & clean for the most part. Very nice & highly recommend

ATL is our absolute favorite, and ever since the new owners took ownership (I think within the last year or so), it has gone to complete shit. The customer service is just awful now.Every time I have ordered online for a scheduled pick-up, I had to wait about 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. So that seemed about normal...Although today, I figured I would go ahead and schedule my order for pick up, and schedule it for earlier (knowing they were going to be slow...)But I waited an entire damn 30 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time! I knew I was going to wait because they're slow in general at this specific location now, but I didn't think I would have to wait an entire damn 30 minutes after. On top of that, there was no one there and no one picking up orders. They said they were backed up, but I was the only one in the building, and no one else was picking up orders. I definitely miss the old owners, and ATL is one of my absolute, most favorite wing places! They also didn't have a care in the world. I addressed them several times, and they would just say, "It'll be another moment" They had a ton of friends and family hanging around in front and in the back that were in there that they were tending to. There was even a baby in the back over by the cooking stations, hahaha. Which made the customer service even worse because they were tending to the baby! Just an overall awful experience. The old owners are off of 107th Ave & Indian School if anyone else misses the old owners, and their epic food!

Service was poor, cashier had zero interest in being there. Wings were not near as juicy as last time. Temperature was not hot, skin had started to get slightly soggy. Very different experience since the last time I was here.
