Asked for the top to be left off my wings until I arrive because I like crispy wings. Requesting crispy wings then closing the top on them defeats the purpose of crispy. They'll be soggy as hell by the time I get there and get them home. Manager said it's a health hazard which is absurd to me since nothing has ever happened to me when food that I pay for is prepared the way I like it. Then the manager said I could come in and order like nah. That defeats the purpose of online ordering. Who wants to wait for food unless you're dining in. No one. Yelp really needs to start allowing 0 stars.

Horrible customer service and fries that are harder than a rock! The cashier Nataya was rude, we greeted her since she didn't greet us and she completely ignored me and just stared at me. The food was cold and the fries were burnt/old. The wings were as well cold and burnt and we spent a good amount of money for nasty food! This place is terrible and I will make sure the other 2 ladies that went with me leave a bad review especially since we weren't greeted but Nataya was greeting people of her color but not us!

Last Friday my son and I decided we wanted wings for lunch. Figured it was a quick easy lunch since we were at training for the day. This was obviously a huge mistake. We walked in and placed our order. 1 order of boneless wings with seasoned fries and a drink and 1 order of traditional wings with seasoned fries and a drink (both orders 10 wings). The girl that took our order never said anything like "it will be about a half hour" or "there are several orders ahead of you". We waited about 35 minutes. Now we had already drank our drinks and were looking at the clock because at this point we had 10 minutes to get back to class. I went to the counter and asked to change the order to go since we didn't have time to wait. We were told at this point that there were several big orders ahead of ours and that the cook was working on ours now. Had I known this information prior or when we placed the order, I would have went somewhere else so we wouldn't be late. Yes, unfortunately the business would have lost an ORDER but I think that would have been better than what they lost. This blunder cost them a CUSTOMER. My advice to the business, have respect for your customers and let them know what is going on. Don't keep them in the dark just to make a sale. Poor professionalism

We usually frequent Sauced and Loaded wings over any other wing place in Arizona but we where in the area so we thought we'd give them a try. First, we attempted to call in the order, but they inform us that they will not drop the wings until we get there... What is the point of calling in an order if they aren't ready when we arrive? The actual place itself was clean, some areas sectioned off with tape, customer service isn't bad but could be better. The young lady kept saying, "is that cool with you and oh my bad". The flavor of the wings themselves were very good and fried perfectly! We ordered a 24 piece half honey barbecue half ATL style and a large fry which was not so large, and there were lots of tiny pieces like I got the end of the bag of fries. Their price per wing was about two dollars which is pretty expensive but if you'd like wings the wouldn't be a bad option just not our first option taste and price wise but I wouldn't say I wouldn't get them again. Will definitely try again for hopefully a better review.

The wing flavors are outstanding. Since new owners/ management has taken over the customer service has been amazing. It doesn't feel like a hot oven anymore. You don't leave smelling like chicken either. ( if you used to go to the location before the closure you would remember how HOT it always was, and how even if you only spent 5 minutes inside waiting you smelled of chicken) Wings are prepared fast and they even have a small bar. It's so cute inside now. Can't wait to order more often. Phone orders are not made until you arrive and pay in person so that is the only downside but like I said I didn't have to wait long.

My husband, our daughter and I went in to order to go. We got the order screen with no greeting from Nataya. She just said that doesn't work and then said how can I help you with an attitude. My husband ordered a #1 12 piece wing large meal and got my son a #2 10 piece boneless wing medium meal and noticed it was almost $50. I looked at the screen and the prices did not match the board even for the up charge for large. Husband's meal was over $24 and the board had $20.20. Then my son's meal was over $19 when the board showed $14.50. We paid but she never gave us a receipt. When our order went through it printed. I asked Nataya about the price differences and at first she had no answer and then said prices must have went up. She was not helpful or nice in any capacity. As we waited my husband asked for receipt and she said it was out of paper even other's got their receipts and we seen it print. We asked for manager and there was no management on site. She said they rarely come in. It was an overall horrible experience and I definitely will not be back to this location. Ensure you look at what you are paying for compared to the board. Management should take pride ensuring accurate pricing and making sure employees are personable to everyone.

Food is terrible. I ordered their #1 med. It was dry and it was not fresh. From looks of it, it looks like it was someone else's order that they did not want and they passed it down to me. I did not got what I wanted because it was still hot it was not mild at all. The lady that waited on us had an attitude like it she was being bothered by us. It was a mistake coming to this place. It was over priced. For the priced I paid at Wing stop I could have had wing, corn, fries and drinks for two. This is the last time I'm coming to ATL.

Place is very good. Horizon has very good service boomer is an excellent cook I love coming to ATL Wings especially this location. Definitely recommend the lemon pepper wings always a go to!

I went here hoping to get something better than Buffalo Wild Wings and was disappointed. The wings were tough. Not good. The hot sauce was good and so was the ranch dressing. The staff, at first, were on their phones when we walked it. They got right up when we came in but the cash register made lady acted disinterested until I tipped her, then she got a lot friendlier. So, the food was subpar and the service was so so. I don't think I'll be back.
