#DOL SOT BI BIM BAP. Fresh, delicious, very reasonably priced. Food court cafe.Easily two meals in one hot bowl. Lovely women at the counter. A great option before or after shopping at the Asian market. I'll be back!!What is the difference between DOL Sot BI BIM bap and BI BIM bap? With regular bibimbap, a fried egg is placed on top, but in a Dolsot Bibimbap, the yolk of the egg is placed raw on top too be mixed and cooked by the hot plate

Our second time here, first time posting review. Ordered pretty 'standard dishes', a chicken bulgogi and a seafood soup-#1. My first perception of my meal-one single headed shrimp does not equate 'seafood', I dug around some more and found a mussel, pretty light when it comes to 'seafood'. Dish was fine, nothing to write home about, mediocre at best.Husbands bulgogi tasted as if the chicken was cooked in sauce as an afterthought. No depth in flavor, at all. Most onions than meat in the dish. The banchan and miso soup were probably the highlights of that particular meal. It was SAD. Most likely, will not return. The food was NOT worth it. We could have eaten so much better if elsewhere, for the amount spent on cafeteria food. Pricing was $12-$18 a plate. Save your money, do not dine here.

This is one of the restaurants in the food court next to Asiana market. I ordered bibimbap and was very disappointed. It was pretty underwhelming and the gochujang sauce to mix with it was so sweet that I could barely eat it. Will not order from there again.

Waiting for the food and getting a plate of Bulgogi. I was surprised how good it was and how much we got. Normally I dont see onions in a bulgogi plate but still tasted good the kimchi was also good too, can't wait to come back.

This place definitely bumped up its food game recently. They are very comparable to traditional restaurant (unlike food court food). They offer bigger selection of food. I've noticed they also have cold naengmyun too. Will have to come back and try it on a warmer day. The Seonji haejangguk and gamjatang is best I've had in Arizona. The portion is big enough to share; Hubby and I had enough leftover for one more meal. Broth is delicious without being salty or spicy. Way to go, Asiana Kitchen! Highly highly recommend.

Protip: I've enjoyed everything I've tried from here. Highlights: Each dish has always been really flavorful and I would recommend this place! I've had the bibimbap, kalbitang and seafood soon tofu soup and loved them all. Lowlights: They are a bit stingy with giving utensils. I came with a big group and we all wanted to share items from different restaurants in the foot court, but they didn't want to give more than two sets of silverware since we only ordered two dishes.

Could I find another kick a$$ Korean chicken (kakc) in Mesa? Through a recommendation by a local Korean resident, I decided to give Asiana a shot at the proverbial title of KAKC. The flour used for the chicken is rice based. I have no opinions on this as all I care about is the taste. For others, this may be a decision factor as it won't be gluten based. Once ordered, it took a while to cook the chicken, and I am comforted that this was not pre-made. As I wait in the common dining area inside Asiana Market, I heard the sound of chicken clucking throug the PA announcing the completion of the order. I was taken aback a bit as I was reminded that I was eating an animal, once alive now deceased for my own edification. I do feel that I should do less damage to the animal kingdom in the future. For now, I'll do the deed of finishing this order. This chicken (original & sweet and spicy) was very good. The original was crispy and not at all greasy, just as all KoFC is supposed to be. It had a slight kick, subtle but definte. Sweet and spicy was very sweet and not so spicy. For me, the real test for fried chicken is the overnight test. The test goes in two steps. 1. How much drooling happens overnight thinking about the chicken. 2. How tasty is the fried chicken the morning after. I'm pleased to announce that the chicken was tasty the morning after. However, drooling was not as profuse as the chicken from Gogi. So, Gogi remains the proverbial KoFC champion, KaKF! Asiana is still good, different from Gogi, and I would eat Asiana over Kentucky Fried Chicken or any other fast food. So thumbs up! I do think I'm going to reduce the amount of meat consumption as the clucking still remains in my ear.
