I am really disappointed that for the third time they have sold me fruit that is an inedible. I bought a bag of mangostine's for around $40. Two of them were edible. The rest were moldy. A week before they sold me and lychee, over half of them were bad, and a couple of months ago I bought a Chamoy that never ripened or became edible. Before it went bad. I know that there is a difference in culture obviously this is the international market. However no one should eat fruit that is completely molded in black, and a business should not be selling fruit that has mold in black. I've also found mold on their flan and their little breads with Ube and cheese in them. They really need to do much better at quality control. Next time I will try to return these items and if they do not take them back I will report them to whatever entity I need to because $40 for a bag of fruit of which 80% is bad, and $16 for a single fruit that I was never able to eat is unacceptable.

So excited to find this place. Selection of products was amazing. I wanted to buy so many things. We got some staples and a few new items. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go back and get more stuff!!

Today was my first visit since last year when I wrote my review. Five stars again. Not only did they have the specific rice noodles I was looking for, they had Chinese chives! None of the supermarkets in South and Central Kitsap carry Chinese chives. In addition, I saw Chinese long beans. Again, an impossible to find commodity 'round these parts. But what has me sold on this store are the owners, or at least I think they were the owners. They are the first owners of any Asian store in the area who actually smiled, displayed warmth, and helped me find what I was looking for. The owners continues to show its dedication to providing friendly customer service. As another customer told the owner who was ringing up his purchase, "I will be back."

Lets get this clear, this isn't Island Pacific or SeaFood City where you can get everything all in one stop shop. What this place has to offer are the same varieties without going out of your way. The prices are a few dollars higher than the norm but its still reasonable. Most of the time, if they don't have a particular item in this location they typically have it on their Silverdale store. They're family owned and they have great community based operation.

This was my favorite Asian grocery in Kitsap county and the only one I shopped at. But last week while picking up some fried chili crisp, the bottle was stacked so tightly in-between a row of two other products, I accidentally knocked a jar over. And in a move to save the jar I quickly moved my basket under the falling jar to catch it to stop it from breaking in the floor.Unfortunately, the quick motion of my basket caused a bottle of banana ketchup to be knocked off a lower shelf and break in the floor.Upon, checkout I was made to pay for the bottle that broke. Okay, I get it you're a small business and every penny counts, and I average over $100 of my grocery budget there every month. But from a customer service standpoint to make me pay for accidentally knocking a bottle to the floor? Sure you saved $2.69. But once again from a customer service pov, did you save $2.69 OR did you LOSE over $1200 a year in patronage, because I'm never coming back. There's other Asian groceries in the area that I can get all the same things I get at your store.

I've been seeing posts about this store online and I'm so happy to finally visit! They had a nice selection of items I can't usually find in kitsap! The staff was super friendly and we were able to try a sample of their lumpia and it was really good! We will be recurring customers.

I was pretty excited to find this little gem in the area when a recipe I was making called for an obscure, hard-to-find item. Back in the day when I lived in Seattle, I could've gone to any number of places within a stone's throw to get specialty Asian ingredients, but now that I live in Gig Harbor, it's slim pickins'. Luckily this place is a quick drive North. Small shop, but a good selection and very helpful, friendly employees.
